We tried lucky duck for the first time the other day. To be honest, the pizza wasnt great. It was flavorless and kinda bland. The ribs and bubble bread (while the bread is over priced) were good. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 3 is because of their staff. They were amazing. Very friendly and humble. Owner.. you have some good ladies there. Just on them alone is why we would come back.
Went there today and had a pepperoni pizza that was really good. I was especially happy with the price! The staff there was awesome too. Can't wait to go back!
Duck this place horrible customer service both times pies were cold manager do not care on second visit when I brought it to the attention of the manager will never go back.
Absolutely hands down worst pizza in Waterford. Ordered 10/19/2014. Apparently they have new owners. We ordered six pizzas, breadsticks and salad. No sauce on the pizza, tasted like cardboard with weird cheese on it. Breadsticks were rubber. Garlic cheese dip had absolutely no garlic in it. Salad you can't mess up. Three of the six kids took one bite of the pizza and refused to eat any more. Worst I have ever had. Would give them zero stars if I could.

I dont care how good the pizza is...reduce cost or you will fail. No excuse for $30 total pizza after delivery and tip. I had the lucky duck combo but it would be nice if that price was lower to be able to order more often as it is the best pizza in town.

Extremely greasy pizza!!! Rubber like dough! Nothing special at all. Ive had better $5 pizza then there $20 pizza. Prices are too high while quality it low. Wish old owner was still around
Love their square pizza and the round is really good too. Plenty of cheese and toppings and their curly pepperoni make for agreat pizza!
My new ( and probably last) fave pizza place!!! Staff exceptionally friendly and engaging! Pizza absolutely deeeeelicious! The cauliflower crust is unbeatable for gluten free option... AND comes in medium size... other pizza places offer a tiny small!

Door dash delivered the wrong items and the owner made our order fresh and delivered our food himself. The food is always hot and just as we order. I have always been very happy with the customer service. Give them a try!!!!
I first went here to get some lunch and had leftovers. My dad had some of it and he told me that was real pizza compared to other pizza places. I bought the individual slices so if you want real pizza from a long time ago that's the pizza to get.
To spicy. It seems there was hot sauce splashed on the center of the pizza.

Got a thin crust pizza, it was undercooked in the middle. This is usual for most pizza places because they are afraid of burning the outside, I just wish they would lower the oven temperature and take their time to get an even cook. I am tired of wet doughy centers.
I ordered a delivery through snappyeats delivery service for Lucky ducks. My breadsticks were forgotten and the owner of Lucky Duck's Pizza delivered them after the fact. So not only is the food and pizza here AMAZING, especially the sauce so fresh and tasty! But the customer service is above and beyond. 100% recommend you eat here!
Certainly the friendliest pizza joint around, great place to stop in for a slice or three.
$$$ expensive and the delivery said 45 mins and as of know it's been an hour and 10 min and still no pizza.. not sure about this place any more.

I just ordered the coney dog pizza about an hour ago... I've already called my in-laws who live in a different state to inform them that when they are visiting next month that we are having this as soon as they get in town. This pizza is amazing. It tastes so perfect, exactly how you would think except better. Normally I get Chubby Charlies' pickle pizza for my birthday; I think I'm going to have to switch it up this year though!

It's the only place in the area that still has real ingredients i.e. pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms... my mouth is watering talking about it lol. My only issue us with the salads, they aren't the same as they were 3 yrs ago, and the awesome dressing they previously made for them, like the antipasto salad... tastes different I WOULD BUY THEIR ANTIPASTO SALAD EVERYDAY IF THEY MADE THAT AND THE DRESSING THE SAME AS 3 YRS AGO

We ordered from this place for the first time last weekend and won t make this mistake again. Crust was dry and flavorless. We had a pepperoni which was ok but the pepperoni was dry and we had a four cheese pizza which was terrible the cheese was like thick caulking. We re one and done
Bubble bread. That's all you need to know! Sub sandwiches are better than any establishment where subs are their main item. Seriously, get the bubble bread you won't regret it!

Good pizza. And try their bubble bread. It is very good. It is thick Texas toast size bread with garlic butter seasoning. It's very good. There is some seating for eating in option.

The pizza tasted okay at best and was covered in Grease.. I gave a 3 out of 5 stars because I've had good pizza here before but that was 3 or 4 years ago. Definitely better Pizza choices in the area, look out for Hometown pizza, chubby Charlie's, Marco's, locri.
The sub sandwiches are better than any you can get at Subway or Jimmy John's. So grateful to have a true family-owned business to support. Can't wait to try their pizza.

Awesome awesome pizza, best place on this side of waterford ;). All of the ingredients are super fresh which is very hard to come by these days. Only downside is a few times I've come in they have issues with their credit card machine, very minor but it holds things up for a few minutes

This place was the worst pizza place I have ever ordered pizza from. I ordered pizza for my husband and son and there chicken parmesan for myself. The thin and crust pizza was way undercooked and the pepperoni pizza was so greasy the box was wet. As for my chicken parmesan it was so dry the noodles were crunchy and I could barely see any chicken between the hard breading. My husband usually doesn t say much but after a minute of gnawing on my chicken he said I have had TV dinners better than this . Overpriced as well.
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!! Every time I mention this place to someone they tell me how incredible it is! They are right! Recently had a work crew at my house and when I offered them lunch they perked up and said OMG, you re close to Lucky Ducks, can you order from there? They were all extremely happy. Gotta keep their belly s full and my home remodeling is going smooth!! Gotta keep the crew happy! Lol
Good pizza, try the duck rub to spice it up a bit! Or get it just on the crust. Daddyo is always a good to option with a a 2 leiter.
Love the crust, reminds me of a true East coast Pizza, The Hoagies are good too, though it had Italian dressing on it, Out East we never put dressing on a hoagie, May want to tell them Mayo or oil unless you want a salad sandwich.
