I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. From start to finish, Lucien s made our wedding dream come true. They are prompt and beyond helpful. The venue was breathtaking. The service provided to all of our guest was spectacular. Our guest have not stopped talking about our special day. From the food to the hard workers that made sure our day ran smoothly, we can t thank you all enough. The day started perfect and ended the same. Nina ran around nonstop making sure I had what ever I needed, Michele was on top everything and made sure all ran smooth, our servers were all amazing. Jacob the GM made sure all Covid guidelines were meant so our Big day could proceed. I could go on and on with how happy we are with our service from Lucien s. I recommend Lucien s with out hesitation!

we werent fully shown anything and kinda rushed us for the other people. we werent offered anything while we waited unlike the other people, just treated badly dont really treat people of color right

For this place you should be able to add at least 2 more stars superb impeccable service VERY attentive and polite staff and the food is like it came from a 5 star Michelin restaurant. My wife and I attended a blessed wedding service and reception there the hor d'ouvres were very exceptional and delicious the wait staff made sure everyone's glass was full and made sure the guest had access to all the delicacies that they offered. I'm sure the hor d' ouvres were enough to fill you up but then came the main course excellent chicken and the glazed salmon was over the top delicious. Anyone that is in the tri-state area should book their next event here.

Beautiful venue but totally stiffed the guests at the open bar! Drinks were completely watered down and disappointing. Guess it saves them money but kind of disrespectful to the hosts who paid for it.

This venue is absolutely amazing! Our wedding last night couldn't of been any better! The staff made the wedding beyond amazing and the portions of food!!! Like wow!! Cocktail hour, the unicorn ice luge, the catering, the open bar, the lighting... it was all amazing! I'd recommend this venue to anyone who wants everything and more at their wedding!!

Surprising for Berlin. The many rooms are very clean, the staff is helpful and you will not be disappointed by having your event held here. A quick drive from anywhere in the greater Tri-State area, Lucien's Manor is a diamond in the rough both literally and physically speaking.

Lucien s was AMAZING. There are truly not enough words to describe or convey how fantastic it was to work with everyone from start to finish there. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional at all times, attentive, and just all around wonderful. My guests are still commenting about how great the staff were, and even more, how absolutely delicious the food was. You cannot even begin to understand or appreciate the sheer volume and quality of all the food from the cocktail hour to the cake and Viennese table.

This place is very bad to work the service is poor and they use old food I know someone that works there don't eat some of the food not fresh

We had our sons wedding at Lucien's! What a great time. It was perfect! The place looked gorgeous , the food was outstanding and the staff was extraordinary. We had so many compliments . We were able to truly enjoy our self's thanks to the Lucien's team. You would be crazy to look anywhere else !

Beautiful decor. Wonderful service and food. The glazed salmon and rib eye was magnificent and tender. Scrumptious.! Very professional.

Perfect Wedding Experience...James and Steve blew my mind with their excellent service....and this is the first wedding that I actually LOVED the food. Did I mention James and Steve were mind blowing?

One of the top venues in South Jersey!!!
they have not only created an atmosphere for weddings sweet sixteens and any event! They also have installed solar panels out in the parking lot creating an actual cover for when you park and were able to still keep their outstanding beautiful look outside.
Smile Flash Print photobooth loves to go there as a vendor not only because of the outstanding staff but the way they treat their customers as always like royalty. I have personally witnessed this place run five different events at the same time without a hitch.

And wide variety of food for those are on a plant baste diet

Beautiful place the only reason I'm not give it 5 starts is because we attended a wedding and once inside we were told the ceremony was in an area where we needed to go out and it was raining, I waited for them to score the ladies with umbrellas or something but no. We had to run in high heels trying to cover our hair....

My husband and i would like to say a big THANK YOU to the staffs at Lucien's Manor for making our big day a success! 9/7/18.This venue is implacably beautiful.The ambience and lighting sets the stage for a lasting memory. Nicole was very helpful from beginning to end and assisted us in every way. Michelle was heaven sent, from the moment she introduced herself, i knew she was sincere. She made sure i lacked nothing on the day of the wedding. And James! Wow... you're the bomb! When you entered my suite and said, "i got you", you weren't kidding. You made my day an eased... thank you so much for everything! XOXO

My sister had her wedding at luciens manor and it'll be a very memorable moment for our family! Most beautiful & spectular venue i've ever seen for one and to top it off the Customer service was A+. Shoutout to all staff at luciens manor but most importantly shoutout to our wedding attende Chris whom was extremely kind & patient with us!

My food was burnt (vegan dish so burnt veggies), parking was scarce (forced to park across the street and run across four lanes in an evening gown..yup basically play human frogger) and service staff were extremely rude (one attendee was late as q result of her son's football game and the server said late people get chicken and no other options).

I would not recommend working with Nichole. She yelled at me every time I asked a question when I was looking at the venue for my wedding. I ultimately chose a different venue because of her. My wedding was the best ever, so she did me a favor.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! I have been here many times, over many years for celebrations of birthdays, and anniversaries; and have seen many bridal parties here as well. Each time the experience has been superb, with a wonderful management team, wait staff who are all courteous, friendly, and very efficient in their duties. If you are planning an event, and you want excellent service, with elegant surroundings, give consideration to this lovely place.

This is a beautiful place to have your wedding reception. The Venetian ballroom is gorgeous!!

Great place to be that day for a even wonderful wedding

Had my Brother's Wedding reception there and it was by far one of the best weddings I've ever been to or worked. This place is beautiful with very exquisite chandeliers throughout the rooms. The staff is most professional dressed for any occasion with service that leaves you smiling and happy the entire time. Chris & Mark? took excellent care of us, extremely on point and catered to our every need. The food was simply over the top that included grilled rib eye, stuffed salmon and carved roast beef. Our entire family truly enjoyed this memorable night all because of the perfect place with the perfect staff and great food! I'd give it 10 's if it would let me! It s gorgeous inside! They have about 6 ballrooms and many are recently remodeled. Food was cooked to perfection!

Went here for a wedding, wow what a nice place. Very open and lots of windows. Everything about the place was very nice, plus the parking lot has you out of the rain. The service was top-notch and the place is very very clean. Inside you see how well kept up the places and they gorgeous chandeliers

Can't express enough as to how pleased we were with not only the beautiful reception and ceremony room but the owners and staff as well. The food is above and beyond, the building is spotless! We had a dream of a wedding thanks to Lucien's

The Food was Excellent and the workers where on point with everything! Would recommend this place to everyone!

They charged us for full service during Covid-19 but offered us barely 15% of professional service. The groom wanted to cancel the reservation because of Covid, but they wouldn t refund him. Jacob Miller, the manager, was very rude and inconsiderate. Jacob stopped the party so many times and even extended the dinner part for two hours just to waste time. He wasn t allowing anyone to dance. We had to argue with him back and forth until he allowed part of the guest group to dance but he still kept on interrupting and watching us the whole time with NO privacy whatsoever. He really gave the bride and groom a hard time on what s supposed to be the best day of their lives. Very bad manager but the servers were very polite.

Absolutely amazing staff and the food phenomenal. They make your event flawless.
