They charged us for full service during Covid-19 but offered us barely 15% of professional service. The groom wanted to cancel the reservation because of Covid, but they wouldn t refund him. Jacob Miller, the manager, was very rude and inconsiderate. Jacob stopped the party so many times and even extended the dinner part for two hours just to waste time. He wasn t allowing anyone to dance. We had to argue with him back and forth until he allowed part of the guest group to dance but he still kept on interrupting and watching us the whole time with NO privacy whatsoever. He really gave the bride and groom a hard time on what s supposed to be the best day of their lives. Very bad manager but the servers were very polite.
