I love working here. The company is doing extremely well and will absolutely dominate the market. Exec team cares about everyone and provides opportunity for those who are willing to work for it.

Can't imagine a better place to work! You'd be hard pressed to find smarter, more creative group of people anywhere else.

Parking is fine for evening meetups here, but they keep everything(even the bathrooms) locked most of the time.

This review is aimed towards those whom desire to work here more-so than their clientele, only because I haven't been a client per se.

I've catered food here multiple times and I must mention that their office is excellent! Friendly staff, creative space, good vibes all around and from what I have discussed: their product seems to be quite helpful indeed!

But coming from somebody who's seen a little bit of behind-the-scenes action, a family of employees like those whom work at Lucid is guaranteed to put out great quality stuff when they get along so well within... If that makes sense!

Luckily I am capable of canceling a credit card trial properly and so I was not charged at the end of the trial. Great experience!

shame on you guys.. i bought a produced for 1 month and you guys keep charging me since January 2016, this is so bad, now i try to call in the phone that they posted and no one answers to the phone leave a message, you leave the message no one answers you back. guys this is called robbery. call me back.

I want my money back, I took a test and after 7 days they charged me $ 600 on my credit card. There is no financial contact on the site, and resellers say they can not resolve the problem. To do the test they ask for the number of the card and then charge you an absurd value.

I went to take a delivery there and was ignored for over 10 min. No secretary to be found. No answered calls. The staff saw me through the window but didn t care. When the secretary did finally arrive she didn t leave a tip and when she asked if I d been waiting long and I politely said I had been waiting a bit she just smiled.

trying to contact someone about billing or customer service they have no one to answer phones or call back
and they keep charging me for a service i don't want

I canceled before my trial account for the billing cut off and they have been charging me for months. Lets see how they remedy this.

I am writing this to voice my concerns regarding Dave's responsiveness. I have hidden my name to avoid security threats. Dave Grow is extremely inattentive. Him and I had a pass conversation regarding the future of lucid software, and after many attempts to reach him, Dave refuses to respond. Dave has also lied on several occasions regarding how he conducts business. Do not do business with this man because as soon as he takes your money, he won't respond. Dave, I hope you address this Facebook post. If you don't, you will just prove my point even further.

Do not listen to the positive reviews regarding this company because they aren't an accurate representation of the company's service.

Love working here. One of the best Utah tech startups to work for.

Noticed a fraudulent charge on my account, with this company's name on it. First time even hearing about this company. Have never heard of them before, even less purchased or dealt with them in any way, shape, or form. Reading through the reviews, it looks like they are artificially boosting their rating, as the good reviews seem completely illegitimate and unauthentic. Based off the bad ones, it looks like they have moved on from scamming their customers who sign up for trials, to just flat out committing fraud.

This place is awesome! I was nervous about trying a new place on my mom s birthday, but the staff did a wonderful job. Our server, Kayvan, was so nice and professional the whole time. The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Best Indian food I ve ever had.

Great job guys. You've built a values-driven, customer-centric business model that keeps paying clients uninformed when you charge their credit card. Well done in keeping that feature out of the product. What did Steve Jobs say? A hundred "no's" for every "yes". Well done on saying no to that billing notification email. I mean, who really needs to know when you take their money annually for 5 straight years? Even though you hadn't used the product for 4 of them. But definitely keep the spammy product emails coming. They're super useful. Stand up and feel proud employees of Lucid Software - you're making your dent in the universe. And a dent in thousands of unsuspecting customer's wallets.

I was here for a meetup and I was really impressed with the facilities. I'm a software developer and I was pretty jealous of their building.

I canceled and you still charged me. I'm still sorting this out and emailing you guys this is a kind of a hassle and I would recommend you guys communicating better with emails about whether I am being charged.

They have several nice couches that are perfect to sleep on if you find yourself being homeless. The janitors will even vacuum the floors around your couch while you sleep! Superb service!

This is a fraud company. I received a billing charge on my account for a subscription I never signed up for and reported it as per usual with hack companies like this. Lucid (aka Lucrative) Chart will scam you if you interact with them. It's not uncommon for start up companies like this to do anything to earn a buck.

When I was little, I had a dream that Microsoft Publisher would become "smart and intuitive" one day. Thanks to Lucid, they not only did this, but they made a platform that extends into so many areas. And LucidChart is so rad! So many uses. The cool thing about their products is that customers are figuring out new uses for it everyday and Lucid makes it happen. Awesome products.

How a company that requires you to disclose your GPA and states that it has to be over 3.5 can be practicing fairness in their hiring process? This is the most ridiculous things I have heard of. Lucid does not believe in diversity. Diversity to them means coming from BYU with a 4.0 GPA.

Lucid, not everyone is fortunate to go to college whenever and have great credentials. Shame on you!

Best tech company to work for in the Silicon Slopes!

Went in for a job interview. Didn't get it, but super cool place! Really fantastic people who care about their work.

It's a great software, especially if you work for a business or in the education space. You can do amazing things with their flowcharts and all the other tools. The only reason why I give them a 4 star review is their price. You can get almost everything they do for free if you use Draw.io which is a free flowchart software as powerful as lucid and is free. That is the only thing, besides that is a great software, no question about it.

This place is the bomb! The company is amazing, product is simple yet smart.
