Great job guys. You've built a values-driven, customer-centric business model that keeps paying clients uninformed when you charge their credit card. Well done in keeping that feature out of the product. What did Steve Jobs say? A hundred "no's" for every "yes". Well done on saying no to that billing notification email. I mean, who really needs to know when you take their money annually for 5 straight years? Even though you hadn't used the product for 4 of them. But definitely keep the spammy product emails coming.
