They cheat and make fun of people. I bought a book 10 days ago and they do not answer by any means, they turn off the contact numbers to not answer. I want you to answer me for the book my son needs, (The secret of monsters). Ms. Luisa please answer any of the phones, we need to know if they are going to deliver the product or with the money back. Of course I do not recommend ANYONE BUY IN THIS EDITORIAL, I advise you to wait for more responsible publishers.
