A super cool, alternative place, with exhibitions, a bookstore, a very cool bar, a very young and fresh atmosphere, I loved it

Beautiful building with a small library and cafe inside. Library has good books and cafe has nice collection of breakfast items.

regarding the restaurant at noon: I loved it. Fresh dish, well balanced, good value for money.

The place is rather nice for the summer, the terrace in the shade allows us to enjoy the outdoors without burning. Level restoration is rather correct and if you take the menu of the day, it is served fairly quickly, even when there are people.

Great place 2 steps from the center in the old LU biscuit factory. An exhibition and concert venue with a bar open during the day.

In good weather, I recommend the backyard. Good food . Efficient and very friendly service, good value for money! I advise in hesitation!

We re here now - the idea was to have a quick drink and go. The table was dirty and remained dirty while the waiter took the order and left. He s just come back with the drinks and asked to be paid before wiping the table, despite our requests to please do it the other way around. Once we paid and the drinks arrived we had to wait with our glasses in our hands while he vigorously (and poorly) wiped the tables with one hand, still holding the tray with the other hand. I don t think I have ever met such poor attitude towards customers. We really should have just left, this place is very difficult to enjoy...

Nice example of well-reoriented industrial wasteland. It has become a trendy place at the water's edge where you can feed the body (restaurant and bar), and the spirit with well-chosen exhibitions.

The Unique Place is always a nice place to come for a drink, especially in summer. Located at the edge of the Erdre, can rest in deck chairs protected by tall trees. The smell of Eucalyptus that escapes from the Hammam is part of the charm of the place. One can regularly see exhibitions, concerts, where to stroll in the bookstore.

Great cultural place rich in history and very beautiful. A must to visit during a visit to Nantes.

At the top super restaurant with a well supplied card and very varied. Menu at 12 90 with dessert dish. Very good quality. Original interior decor of abandoned factory. I enjoyed a lot and closer to the station to take my TGV on time and stomach full

A nice place to take a break during a walk in the afternoon. After I think it's a bit impersonal as a place.

Place warm, pleasant and atypical, well placed, with a small stretch of water next to it.
Very well eaten, the mussels were good (especially for such a ridiculous price) but lacked a little blue sauce for my taste.
The service was excellent, the server nice and very nice.
However, we must ignore the noise of planes and trains from time to time, but nothing insurmountable!
