Beautiful multipurpose place. The terrace next to the canal is always very busy and has a good atmosphere.

The Unique Place installed in the LU factories is an obligatory and emblematic passage of the city of Nantes. You can eat on the run, listen to artists (learn about programming), discover an excellent selection of books, far from the best sales, in the bookstore and even spend a relaxing time in a traditional hammam. All in an industrial and trendy atmosphere.

Do not choose wine by the glass (white or red), the quality is more than mediocre for a prohibitive price!

In my opinion the best place in Nantes. I'm going to work there during the day, doing coffees and fruit juices. I take breaks by going to their exhibitions and when I'm too stressed I stop at the Hammam. Finally on weekends I go out with my friends. Top top top!

Frankly, the unique place seems like a great concept. The building is interesting, well placed, the exhibitions are certainly good. But what's not very unique is feeling totally ignored when you come to ask a question at the bar. You know, when the bartender ends his conversation with a colleague without him or her giving you a glance or hello? For a moment I wondered if I was dead, and now doomed to roam the earth like a specter, or if I had suddenly developed a super power of invisibility. An unpleasant experience, but fortunately short, because thank God the exit was very close.
