Excellent company with friendly helpful employees. Picked us up on behalf of the RAC when we broke down in Yorkshire and after a speedy efficient changeover at Leeming Bar drove us all the way home to Warwickshire in one hit.

For the attention of Becky at Lowes: Sorry, I cannot remember the name of our driver, but the recovery date was last Wednesday 30th October, our car was an ancient Mercedes A Class with a broken gear box, and our driver was an older chap (no offence intended) who grew up in Durham. The younger chap who first attended and took us to the service area for our ride home was also very friendly and helpful. :-)
