We were unlucky enough to wake to a dead battery towards the end of a stay in the Yorkshire Dales (it was 10+ years old and had finally given up). We placed a call with our recovery provider and Julian came out to us. He was soon able to restart our vehicle using his portable battery unit. We were not due to travel home until the following morning and he told us not to worry but just call again next morning when we were ready to depart for home. We called and once again he arrived very promptly, started the vehicle for us and seemed to be genuinely pleased to be able to get us on our way. We can't thank Julian enough for saving the day - twice. Great Service. Cheers. David & Jan
