This is my "go to" place for home improvement and landscaping stuff. I always come here in the spring and summer to look for plants in their garden center. They have a great selection of whatever you need to make your home better.

Today I went to buy a belt for a dryer request help to 3 people of which 2 assured me there they did not sell this product, the third one helped me half, having myself to search and compare the product .. In conclusion the staff is not ready or trained to help customers
We purchased a house and were buying a lot of items today. Paul helped us a lot in the lock and keys, and was tremendous. Paint department was very friendly and helpful as well.
Unfortunately, we purchased two items that required cards at the register, and the building didn't have any for sale! Each of the last few times we have come in, we have purchased items that aren't even available! Please check the items you have listed for sale on the floor so others don't have the same inconvenience as we have.
Horrible customer service! You can't find anyone at this store to help you and when you do they act like your bothering them. The associate at check out never greeted me or thanked me for my business. He only checked his phone 5 times while checking me out.
They gave us a new refrigerator and freezer for free and they installed it and everything they r great ppl and an awesome store gotta love them. Thank you for everything Lowe's
Had an online order and went to the designated curbside pickup. Called the number and spoke with Katie who was extremely rude and apparently had no idea what we were talking about when we said we were there to pick up an order and said she didn't know what we were asking??? Great customer service
To Courtney: manager of Dublin, Ohio. Thank you for your service and care. Recently bought a frigidaire Gallery kitchen set and will say we are very happy with the quality of the product. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure that any hiccup was met with fast and comforting solution. Will definetly stay a lowes customer!
We spoke with two people at their customer service desk - both were rude and could tell they thought they were better than you and they clearly didn t want to be there. I work in customer service and know you shouldn t be that rude to anyone. My boyfriend asked a simple question and to see if he could pay more for something else on an exchange. The customer service guy said nope you get what you get. Just find it a bit odd they are turning down money? However Barry in the refrigerator department was a very nice gentleman and the only reason I m giving this rating a 2 star. Get it together with your customer service.
You can't ask for help in this place, staff ill prepared and most (in my case) no one seems to care to help or even ask! Think I will stick to Menards!!! I am so disappointed with this store!!
Associates helped us fiding multiple products we needed easily without any problems . The wood board cutting associate was also very kind and generous.
Very rude staff, came here a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt, but ultimately I have never had a positive experience at this location. Very disapointing.
Today, I had a great experience!... Thanks to Debbie, in the paint department. She was extremely helpful with my questions about painting the wooden picnic table that we bought there earlier. She walked me to the aisle were I would find what I needed and then proceeded to help me pick out the best stuff for the job! I'm so grateful for her today because I had absolutely no idea where to start. Now, my table is stained a beautiful white color and I absolutely love it!
I want to get countertops for my bathroom I couldn't get to the countertops they have pallets all over the place there was a lady I asked her how did she get to see the countertops she told me and the workers in the orange shirt there is about four of them said you have to squeeze in there to look at the countertops I thought to myself she must be crazy to do what they say cuz she was an elderly woman and so am I I am not going to put myself at Jeopardy and hurt myself trying to look at some countertops I then went to speak to a manager there was a lady over by the appliances she said that she was a manager I asked her who do I see to get gas money to go to the Polaris store because it's 1 in the afternoon and products should not be on the floor that customers cannot buy I thought that's what night stock was for
Great place for a quick equipment pick up especially when you have to make that 3rd trip to the store because your project keeps getting more complicated.
Shameless store. They don't honor their own prices. Ordered something online but got canceled because they said it was a price mistake??? Kidding me??? Other Lowes honored this price!!!!! Also, they really need to improve their online inventory database. It has been many times that I ordered online for in-store pickup but was then told those items were out of stock and they cancelled the orders. The bad thing for this is that I used my coupon but could not get my coupon back after the orders were cancelled by them, which is very annoying because it is not easy to get coupons.
used to be great service a while back, but I don't think the current manager quite gives emphasis on customer relations like the previous manager did, who has moved on to Polaris store... maybe it's something corporate I'm not sure .
Often a good selection but at times they can run out of certain things and as a regular shopper it seems like those items often remain out of stock. When I have asked the items have been ordered and restocked. Just surprising that inventory is not better managed. Employees have confirmed knowing that certain stock is not available and that they are not sure why it is not reordered by the person who handles that. So disappointing but they are at least helpful. Also using a Lowe's card will get you 5% off everything and since prices can be comparable other places the 5 % almost covers tax making for a better buy. Also love the return policy as I have never had any problem returning things at anytime for any reason. Plus if you use their card they can look up the receipt even. You can buy enough of something that you are sure you can finish but if you end up with some unused product an easy return is all you need to do after completion.
You'll find a much wider selection of offerings here than at the nearby Home Depot location, which already has a vast array of merchandise to begin with. The demo displays around the store (i.e., LED light bulbs of different white tints) are a nice touch. As an amateur do-it-yourselfer, I always arrive loaded with questions and there's always a red vest nearby armed with the know-how I often lack.
Spent a lot of time here. Knowledgeable staff, clean store, generally well stocked. Special order quicker than advertised and their contractors do good work.
On the day I was there they had the doors closed to the garden center. I didn't enjoy walking through the store with my garden items to check out. Also, the employees aren't friendly or helpful
Jon in the paint department went above and beyond to make sure we got the products we needed! Super appreciated the quality control and top-notch service because job is on deadline.
Good home improvement store typical Lowe's good prices and helpful staff. Really like that they do 10%military discount all the time more companies need this. I shop here for that reason.
Typical Lowes. They have everything. Good prices. The only I rate them a 3 is because customer service is so hit or miss. You can wander around the store and not see an employee if you have a question. Also employees are likely to just ignore you and walk right past you. I would rate them a fiver if they were more focused on customer satisfaction.
