A great security company with a true desire to take care of the customer for years to come. Everything from their quality of offices to the quality of equipment seems to be the key to their success. They do a great job at listening to the customers needs and design a system that's right for them. I highly recommend loud security.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Their General Manager Eric goes out of his way not to help people. I have never felt less secure than my experience with Loud Security Systems.
Edit: I would encourage anyone considering Loud Security Systems to read the response below. When an emergency happens in your home instead of helping you, the company will attack you personally. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for security services to purchase from a company that shows kindness, respect, and decency to others.
We just switched to Loud Security Systems and it was the best alarm decision we made. I called, after my husband heard them mentioned on the radio, and I spoke to Mary. She was patient, informative and set up a meeting. Kristin and John came to our house and went through everything including different possibilities, depending upon what our needs were. They made us aware of things that involved helpful ways to stay safe. SO IMPRESSIVE!!! The most important thing to us was that there would be an actual person that called us in case of any alarm going off at our house. That was an absolute and I was most happy to hear that it would continue to be that way. That was the main reason that I was looking for a new company since my last one went to automated calls. After going through all the details and signing an agreement that both my husband and I were extremely comfortable with, we set up a date for the installer to come to set up everything. Kristin would be our salesperson and she has made herself so available to us, including giving us her direct number. Kristin texted the night before to make sure we were ready for the installer the next day and to give us his name. Right on time (with even a call before to let us know he was on the way), Wyatt showed up at our house. He diligently worked and installed all the agreed upon alarm/fire detectors. Wyatt was very neat and considerate. He then taught us how to use the app. Wyatt was so patient and kind, despite my many questions. A true professional!! The day after, I got a call from Kristin making sure that all went well. And, as an important side note, Kristin has been completely phone available as promised. I realize this is a long review yet we are so impressed with this company, from our first phone call, that my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
I just wanted to take the time to thank Charles and Rob for the job they did on getting our system up and running! Quick response times on my concerns, and really went the 2nd mile to make sure my family and I were cared for....thank you again!
My husband and I just moved to a new community and called Loud as one of the companies for security. Kristin Hughes was awesome in reviewing our home, developing a system and working to get it installed ASAP. The LOUD team was great on install and today my internet went down but my security system was still active. Thanks Kristin and the LOUD team for all you do.
I am so impressed with Loud Security's response from Jenna in the office and Avery Harper in the field. They both jumped right in to help us get the issue with an access control system back up and fully functioning. Thank you Loud Security!
The last installation was chaotic for us and the installers installed the alarm system to the light switch that runs the light system to our attic and never told us about it. When I called to get this remedied, I gave up with the lack of actionable response from whomever I talked to. If we had known this was an issue, prior to installation, we would have tried to do a different solution. Based upon the frustration of dealing with the attic light issue, we did not realize that the third door sensor was not installed as well. At this point, I just gave up dealing with the issue.
Three weeks ago, we had a sensor issue and I called in to schedule an appt and I also mentioned that the third sensor was never installed, the person whom I was speaking to indicated that I was wrong and there were only 2 door sensors in my PO and I would have to pay for a third sensor and to get it installed. At this point, after speaking to her, I pulled up the PO from the salesperson and there was, in fact, a third sensor on there on the PO and left a message thereafter, with no response.
I sent an email stating my issues recently since I changed services and they would only give me $45 credit towards buying out my contract after all of this.
Response to to the owner's response since there is no other way to respond.
The existing wiring may have been at the house, but the installer did not ask if that is what we wanted to do and what the repercussions of doing it that way. If you look at our records, after the installation, there was a low battery alerts after the installation that we had to troubleshoot with your folks because we could not figure out what was draining the battery. If we knew this was the case, we would have tried to work with an electrician to figure out a different solution. We were offered a string pull to remedy the situation.
As for the financials, after it is all said and done I spent $1910 for a system for which $199 was the package you would have listed. Based on the above mentioned issue, I don't think $45 suffice for the issues above. We cannot use the light switch in the attic anymore. We have to use a very flimsy pull string to turn off and one the lights in each part of the attic if we want the lights on.
I highly recommend LOUD to anyone needing a new security system or upgrade. I recently selected this company to install a new home security system and I am very satisfied! From the beginning of the process, Charles my sales representative was very responsive and kept me informed on the installation date. The technicians Steven and Kyle showed up as scheduled and on time. They were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The end result was a great "customer experience"! Follow up after the sale is also very important. Charles followed up with me an subsequently Carol the Sales Admin Assistant, sent me the Alarm Monitoring Certificate to send to my homeowners insurance company. LOUD Security Systems has certainly earned my respect, appreciation and continued business.
Very happy Loud customer. Have heard their commercials on radio for years and having recently become a homeowner again, we wanted to call a local company. Kristin Ann was thorough and kind in explaining everything. Techs who installed system were great as well. Would recommend Loud to anyone! We feel safe!!
