This is how the service department leaves the interior of my car after the first oil change on a brand new car. This is unacceptable.
Krystal was awesome! I went in with a list of vehicles from their website that I wanted to look at. It turned out that they had both just been sold, but she quickly found several others that met our needs. She's very knowledgeable on the vehicles and their features (She's a big-time car geek in her off time, so this is something she's passionate about.)
The whole purchasing process was quick and painless. Krystal went above and beyond with follow-up, scheduled our first service, and then made sure everything went well.
This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience we've ever had.
The first service was great as well, and they even sent us a video from the technician walking us through the work that he'd done.
We arrived nervous as first time buyers and left the dealership confident in our decision because of Ali and the Mazda team. She delivered information with our best interest at heart and made the entire experience very positive/personalized. I bought a Mazda CX5 at Rodger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown yesterday. I drove up from San Antonio to buy iit there, because I liked our salesman, Isaac O'Bannan, so much. Isaac, really knows his cars, and is terrific at showing and explaining all the features. Isaac was so pleasant to deal with, always informative, never pushy. The dealership was also very nice to deal with. I wish I lived closer so I could get my car serviced there. I LOVE the car!
I had a great experience in purchasing my 2nd Vehicle from this location. Issac was great, answered all of my questions and has followed up with me directly! The financing process was quick and easy and everything was ready for me when I came in to finish up the process. Highly recommend!!
This is an excellent dealership. My wife and I drove around all of the North Austin area this last week including Covert, Nyle Maxwell, Carmax, etc. and were pleasantly surprised how courteous and friendly everyone was here compared to other dealerships.
Adel was our salesman and he went above and beyond to facilitate the deal while at the same time not smothering us like some car salesmen are known to do. We are very happy with our purchase and will likely come back again.

A thorough and professional multi-point inspection catalogued and video-captured. It was really good to be able to get under the car (via video) and have the technician explain aspects as he went. We feel extremely confident about moving forward in completing some of the more dire repairs on our 15 year old car.
Recently over breakfast my wife and I decided to look into getting our recent graduate a new car for college. One simple call from the team at RB and we were set up with Alex. Alex had several cars for us to see and once we had what we wanted she made the next steps super easy and QUICK. Have to emphasize quick because like most people the part I dread most about purchasing a vehicle is the time spent at the dealership. We picked up our daughter and brought her to the deslership to surprise her, Alex took this time to put one last wash on the car which we appreciated. Of course our daughter loved her new car but Alex took her time to make our daughter feel special and walked her through all the features her new vehicle came with. We would've been fine with Alex just handing us the keys but she went out of her way to make a young girl feel important and love her new Mazda. Kudos to Alex for her professionalism ask for Alex if your interested in a new vehicle.
