Ultra mega slow. While I was waiting for the order to arrive, I would put chocolate in the freezer and freeze it. Every order obviously starts with the cocoa bean. Other than that, her hot chocolate is amazing. Although not as hot as the cold varieties, they are quite tasty.

Nice cafe to eat coffee or cake in a relaxed atmosphere. We were here around lunchtime and everything was wonderful. The ice cream parlor is highly recommended.

I am disgusted by the level of service. I understand that on Valentine's Day, they have more occupancy and you have to wait for a free table, but I do not understand ignoring customers! We were politely waiting for a free table at the entrance, no one even interested us, no good morning, sorry, you have to wait a moment, none of these things ... It is not enough, as soon as one of the tables has become free a group of people standing behind us in a queue she overtook us and took them over ... Well, we found that making a row doesn't make sense. A moment after that, two more tables freed up, so we decided that we would not wait for the invitation, because someone would run for us again and we stood at one of them waiting to clean the table. And we didn't wait, we left after 5 minutes. During this time, at least 3 waitresses passed us without a word!

A pleasant place in the center of Warsaw to stop for coffee, chocolate or something sweet. Atmosphere at ease, sweets in the Wedel standard.

Delicious coffees, a large selection of flavored chocolates, mascarpone pancakes and hot cherries - a revelation, as is the latte with dark chocolate and rose petals. I recommend a classic interior and a delicious menu in a traditional setting.

Pleasant and climatic interior. When I am in Warsaw, I always eat delicious breakfast with my family! The store has a very large selection of Wedel sweets; )

After the last visit, I would give fewer stars ... The waiting time for a very long breakfast on Sunday - approx. 50 min. One waiter with a "grumpy" face doubled and tripled to serve all guests - maybe you need to reduce the number of tables, since all the staff "not making". Part of the order, part forgotten ... For me it was too nervous for a Sunday morning, although still very tasty.

Mega polite service (Mrs. Sylwia). Everything was great. But the floor is asking for renovation. I took one star for it. The foreign owner should better choose his facilities. And unfortunately this is not the first case a lot of pump room is in poor condition. The products are very tasty and 4 stars + nice service.

Very poor, sluggish service, poor coffee, average ice cream - this is how the legendary Polish Wedel in the capital city of Poland should look like? I don't think so.
The only star I've given is for the perfect location.

We were 4 people over the weekend, very much waiting for a table and a complete lack of ordering the problem. Some people stood in the queue for a table, and others on the street without waiting sat down where they were free. The waiters did not understand the problem, only after the intervention of the manager they started planting guests according to the queue. Waiting time about an hour, it was scandalous that they did not even give water to children. Cool place, but once every few years. I hope that the service level will improve because the chocolate is very good.

I highly recommend this place. Almost an hour of waiting for chocolate to drink. With 4 people at a table, including 2 children, you can handle 1 and the other waited for almost 50 minutes and got an order after a row

The service was so non-existent that we went in, sat down, waited 10 minutes and after no one paid any attention to us, we walked out. On the way out, we even attempted to buy some chocolate, and the server behind the counter didn t look at us once, despite not having any other customer.

Hello, today I visited Chocolate Pump Room a moment ago. Fatal service for coffee waited about 20 minutes, which was already slightly lukewarm, I will not mention the ice cream dessert, which the waitress did not want to give because we were not served by her at first. The ice cream ball in the dessert legally dissolved, it looked like a "ciapa". Due to the high personal culture, we took this coffee and dessert, but never again will my leg form here. You can not blame everything that a lot of people are because it is not so, the movement is tiny. Service fatal waitresses are looking only at each other. I do not recommend this place a fatal failure. I do not greet.

Cozy place and full of chocolate flavors. Classic chocolate from dark, white and brown. I like dark most. The new cheese cake flavor with orange source, chilly cookies, I would prefer just cheese cake.

The best hot chocolate under the sun, hundreds (literally!) Types - milk, white, bitter, fruit, alcoholic, hot, cold flavors ... And all excellent.

Classic decor, very pleasant, more serious and classic than contemporary. It brings to mind the years in which Wedel was created. The attire service also refers to the olden days, always nice and willing to help.

In such places you can evaluate service and many other things as not very good, but all the value of the place comes from history. So, Wedel is the country's longest established chocolate manufacturer and one of the best brands in Poland. And here all discussions are ended. :) What I like here most? To taste original chocolate, which recipe leads to 1860s! Come and try it!

Cult place, perfect place to go out for delicious chocolate (and more)

Very atmospheric place, amazing decor. The perfect place for a date. Chocolate keeps the Wedel level. I especially recommend a dessert that is denser than milk.

Well, unfortunately, the name alone will not earn five stars.

The second day of Christmas is ok, a lot of people are ok, but to "hunt" yourself for a table between the carefree staff passing by it was no longer optimistic.

Catching the waitress in flight, we place an order not complicated
Two chocolates plus a chocolate cake and a zebra.
After half an hour, my question "did something happen that we are waiting so long for the order" got a hint that it is season and a lot of people
After 45 minutes, we got lukewarm chocolate, bleached sugar at my bottom at the bottom
The girl got a chocolate cake with a taste reminiscent of old chocolate-like products
Phew my zebra was tasty
It is a pity because we will not go back there
No person managing such sad conclusions

We had a double milk white chocolate and a trio desert and a raspberry desert which were great. We also had a ice latte which wasn't quite as expected. Ice latte is normally served with vanilla ice cream where we come from but this one was just milk coffee and ice cube. It tasted like cold coffee.

Magic happens there. If you love chocolate you are going to love this place. 100% must

After today's visit, they do not even deserve this one star. After entering the premises and taking the place, I did not wait for the waiter to give me at least a menu. Sitting 15 minutes at least 5 times I passed. I was completely ignored. I definitely do not recommend.

It's better to go to the store, unless it's hot chocolate. Pre-sale space, advance booking required. Service poor.
