Parked there for 6 days while I was out of state. Facilities were ok and they gave a really good rate, but the lot itself was small and some cars were parked badly/in the wrong place. Don't know if that was allowed or not but they blocked some of the gaps which was annoying.

Food and service were both ok, but not horrible to remove more than one star

This is a great hotel. 24 hour concierge and attentive staff. My company held an even here and the event staff were amazing! All of them were truly excellent. My only reason for not giving them a 5, was the inconsistent food quality with their "fresh bites" menu. Not horrible, just inconsistent. If I order the same item twice on two separate days, the experience and taste should be the same.

Stayed here my last night in LA. Convenient shuttle to airport. Service was excellent. Treated us like royalty. Rooms beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was awesome. Elevators were plentiful and fast. Excellent work out room, again staffed with great people and lots of equipment. Restaurants and bars very nice. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

Had the fish tacos and a couple beers waiting for a flight... nothing special, but certainly hits the spot (i was at the sports bar)

Breakfasts were great as well and all the staff couldn t be more helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, beautiful beds and all the special extra.

The shuttle service was great. Shuttle drivers and hotel staff all incredibly polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, great experience.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable, but to the extend the hotel let the customers behave in the pool area, with no consideration for Other costumers is not right. We come to rest and relax not to be stressed out in the jucuzzi.... which is to relax in! I am a Marriott member and this just not right. I love the company but I am very disappointed . It was like the staff was afraid to confront ALL the people . And there was a lot!!!! . Makes me sad!

Good location. Really nice hotel. But couldn't understand why they're such problems with a parking. You have to pay 40 dollars for night and have a difficulty to find where to park? Really???

The hotel is great, but our room has not been great. We were promised a double room, we had to share a king bed. We requested a pool view and we have a view of the building but if we lean really far out on the patio we can kind of see the pool. Our room is also is across from the ice machine and we have had water dripping into our shower all night so we've had little to no sleep.

The hotel has been refurbished, and it looks beautiful. Very close to LAX, reasonable prices, highly recommended.

Great Location from Airport, Right next to Street leading to airport and traffic to airport not to mention I love the sound of a roaring jet above.

I only parked my car here to fly out of LAX, I did not stay at the hotel. Easy place to park and take their free shuttle to LAX. No issues, and the parking attendants and shuttle personnel were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Parking was a little over $8/day. Will return for the pleasant parking.

Facility is very nice and very clean. I helped a family member set up for an educational event and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

One of their valet employees keyed my car, but its cool. Lol he must not be living his best life, other than that great place staffed by great people.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we ate in the bar restaurant downstsirs. Their food here didn't taste bad, however almost everyone in my group of eight got sick after eating here which made for a terrible 9 hour flight experience. I will never eat here again truthfully.

Also they kept forgetting food we had ordered and our waitress actually never came back to us for over an hour at one point. It was pretty frustrating.

Watch out for front desk errors at check-in. Poorly trained. They will charge u twice for entire bill and funds won't release from bank until 3-5days later, leaving u with no spending money during stay or funds to get home!

Great for park and fly. I use all the time. A great Hotel. I highly recommend this place. 5 minutes to LAX.

Food was OK not good. Service was terrible. Speed of kitchen was VERY SLOW. Restaurant was 1/4 full when we arrived (4 of us). Took over 30 minutes to get sandwiches.

Restaurant was over 50% full when we left due to the slow kitchen.

I was really pleased with the quality of the room for the price, and the construction didn't bother me much (though the place is a confusing labyrinth to navigate - hopefully the renovation will be addressing that). BUT DON'T USE THE PHONE! The only reason I did so was that I had just returned from overseas without my cell, and the phone in the room would not receive incoming calls. $3/minute, in 2017??? Really?? A call from LA to Idaho cost me approximately 20x more than a similar length call from China to North Dakota, which I made a few days earlier. And this because the phone in the room was defective to receive calls in. While they were willing to split the cost with me, the manager made some pretty condescending comments in the process. Dude, I haven't slept for three days - NOT THE TIME. Take this for what you will, but I guess this is how they make their money. Affordable room, but they'll get you on the add on fees.

unprofessional, faults advertisement and cheap. I will never stay at this hotel anymore at least at this location. They told me breakfast is included but when we checked in it wasn't and sooo cheaply and unprofessionally handled it . Stay at other hotels , not worth it , such a headache .

Nicely remodelled hotel, 5 minutes to the airport and they provide free shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes all day/night long. The M Lounge is open 24 hours a day where you can get free soda, snacks, coffee, water and during certain times of the day, they have more food and an open bar. The lobby is chock full of restaurants, a Starbucks and bar. Friendly staff too.

Marriott is one of best hotels I like to stay for leisure or business. On Feb 22nd 2019 night I selected Los Angeles Airport Marriott Hotel for travel accommodation, yet was charged of a Wi-Fi fee when checked out in the next morning for the reason Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, but not in the room. After I went back home, I spent much time in discussing about this charge. About a week later, the amount of fee was returned though, I think this hotel could do better in order to maintain Marriot s good reputation. Except this issue, the hotel is excellent in facility quality, restaurants, location and other services.

This place is busy but spacious, and at check in, I was made to feel like a celebrity guest. Awesome. Cassandra at the Platinum Elite desk is a superstar !!

Concierge was great, and able to handle all my questions. Rooms are clean, nothing fancy but very nice. I was attending a conference and the and everything ran very smoothly. I think this is a great place to stay. It is close to the airport, not far from Manhatten beach or Santa momica. Definitely worth checking out if you're making a quick visit to the LA area.

The hotel is ok nothing spectacular however the food at the bar was amazing

Disappointed that bars & restaurants were closed due to Covid. Felt they should have included their more reasonable restaurant menus in their one & only outdoor restaurant instead of items for $48-$55.
Otherwise rooms & service were good.

Nice hotel overall with 3 restaurant options to choose. The staff was friendly and outgoing in service and general attitude. One of, if not the, best bed to sleep on! Good internet connection as well with 2 options to choose if you preferred to have a "higher speed" for movies and such. This hotel would be my choice of location if I'm back in the LA area again.

My lodging accommodations are typically limited by the availability of State government established rates and limits. Fortunately, for me, this hotel offers the State rate (be prepared to show your State of California employment-issued ID at check-in).

I loved and took advantage of the amenities available here, including the concierge lounge and Starbucks located in the lobby. Both places had great staff and fantastic service.

I had a room on the 18th floor with 2 queen beds which was very comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but functional and adequate.

No complaints but the parking mechanism and procedures seem to confuse a lot of people when it's time to exit the lot-maybe that needs some attention.

Hotel needs updating and rooms are relatively small. Hopefully the renovations (underway) will improve the situation.

World class airports shouldn't have to employ a bus to get you from the plane to the terminals.

They booked us a room, sent us a confirmation and when we got there, it wasn't available. They told us they were sorry, but they still didn't find us a room, nor correct the situation for the 7 of us (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 seniors). I even confirmed the room 3 times before booking. The nice lady behind the desk tried to help us only to be stopped by the manager....He was the worst part!!! His name is, Jimmy Njoroge. Jimmy was RUDE, condescending and not helpful. He refused us a ride back after THEY screwed up, instead they made the 7 of us walk (again with 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 seniors), even though the shuttle was available... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Also, Jimmy insisted this was not their fault when clearly it was. We called the Crown Plaza and they helped us, gave us a room, a great rate and the people were kind and the service was excellent.. Plus they gave us a ride back to the airport. If you are looking for a hotel room, call Crown Plaza, they were amazing. NEVER STAY AT THE MARRIOTT LAX AIRPORT!!! Jimmy should not be a manager as he has NO PEOPLE SKILLS.

Was here for a conference. First time staying at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott. Took the shuttle over to the hotel from the airport. Had a 15 minute wait. Check in at the front desk which was pleasant and fast. All lobby staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is very nice with it recent renovations. My room was large at very clean. Loved the mattress and pillows. The shower was great. Was with a large group but the hotel didn't seem phased. Excellent job all around. I would recommend this hotel highly.

I have never waited q5 mins for a lift but I did here nice hotel and located great for the airport

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the drivers of the night shuttle are inconsiderate and discourteous

They have free wifi only in the lobby, you have to pay to get wifi in the room. Also the Lan port in the room does not work.
And overnight parking is not included in the room fee. You have to pay 31$ for a night.

I attended a professional event, and everything was very good. The food at the event was fabulous, the hotel has starbucks and different businesses in the lobby where one can buy different things. In general, the event was fabulous.

Had an excellent stay until checkout. Really like there s a FedEx right at the lobby elevators - super convenient. Beds also comfortable and like the renovations all around.

The downsides:

1) couldn t check a bag at the concierge to collect in a week. This has NEVER happened to me at any Marriott or Starwood property and leaves me needed to drag around an extra bag and pay for 4 more bag fees this week or abandon my things

2) Uber cannot pick you up at the lobby and you have to go to a lower level. That was extra fun with 3 bags and no help from the bellmen or concierge since I couldn t check any bags for the week.

Used the airport Marriott for long term parking at LAX and it was a good choice. It's valet and they were pretty quick. Didn't have to wait long at all for the shuttle both in going to the airport as well as returning when we landed. Comfortable shuttle Vans and helpful drivers! Would definitely use them in the future though we did book the parking in advance through a third party website. Think we got a little better pricing but check to be sure.

Great location, amenities. Hangar 18 on 18th floor has great views, good finger foods and bar. Shuttle service to LAX is professional and timely. Well designed rooms, very spacious. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel. They know how an airport hotel should work. Short, or no, check in lines as they keep desks staffed according to crowd size. Large, clean rooms. Mini refrigerator.

I was only in there for a couple minutes to pick up a person from the airport, but it had AC, so that was really nice.

Sat at the bar. Very attentive and nice staff. We also ordered appetizers which were pretty good as well.
