Great Hotel and atmosphere.
Rooms are spacious, cozy and homey. Huge smart TV with a lot of options including NETFLIX and other Apps.

I was here for a conference. The service is good for the board rooms but service at the bar is awful. Waited 20 minutes at a table then went to the bar, they said someone would come but never did

Great hotel and amenities. We have a room overlooking the marina, very relaxing. Staff are very courteous, the lobby looks amazing and always have fresh juices for guests. Will stay again

I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel for 3 nights I stayed here. Their staff is trained well in customer service and the food/drink selection is amazing! They are focused on customer satisfaction and it shows throughout the time you will be here. The rooms are comfortable and have a great view as well. The Glow lounge is a great place to relax and have a couple of drinks outside on their beautiful patio.

To start, I would have given this hotel 5 stars but they do not have self parking nor do they have any signs stating that's is valet only. My wife and I ended up driving around the hotel twice trying to find the entrance to the parking lot only to have to get out and ask and be told valet only. Other then that is a clean and inviting lobby with clean and well kept rooms.

It's a nice hotel. There is lounge bar in a lobby which is very good, game room. Location is good, close to bar, restaurants, and good walk to the beach. Service was a bit strange. Valet did not want to help. Housekeeping was on and off.

excellent newly built resort, rooms spread over two towers, includes two swimming pools, one of which is suitable for children and equipped with water slides. Access to the beach after crossing a freeway. Good fitness center maybe undersized compared to the rest. great breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor.

Played in a charity ping pong tournament in the Bay View Room. Incredible views, great food, good times!!

Jonathan at the front desk was top notch! Quick check in and provided me with a tour of where everything was as this was my first stay at this location. Bianca was also awesome as my server everyday for breakfast. My room was impeccable. These two made my stay great and I will return to this hotel on my next business trip in the area.

Excellent location and views specially from the Bayview floor. Professional staff and excellent concierge.

Great courtyard with couches and firepits. Grab a drink and go sit outside by the fire. Great food too!

Pretty standard full service Marriott but not outstanding. Their concierge floor is ridiculous with small children and full large families everywhere. Has very short hours and then it's locked most of the time for gold and above status. Overall it's okay but not up to my standards for Marriott and very surprising considering the nice area and price. Staff are not well trained. Seems like management needs to learn how Marriott's are supposed to be run and bring this one up to speed with better training for staff.

Avoid if possible. Service needs some serious improvement , customers are not valued , rude staff. Tiny Rooms , were unclean upon arrival , happened twice. After 2 hours of complaints and struggle we finally were able to sleep. Keys don't work , had to get them replaced twice in two days. Will never return to this place or any Marriot again.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. $40 for valet is daft though. Park literally across the road for $6 for 24 hrs.

Have hosted multiple events at the hotel. Great ballroom with tremendous views. Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Sinder lounge is great to wind down the night.

It was a business trip, and I don't know yet where to stay. I quickly did research and there, I found this hotel which offers a genuine service. I was able to get one room and I just walk in. It was a fast and honest transaction. Highly recommended for both meetings with friends as well. They got a big space and a fantastic pool.

The hotel is in a pleasant, accessible location with great views of the coastline and valley. The room I had was good sized for me, though I didn't spend much time there other than to sleep. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food. I had a Cobb salad and a slice of cheesecake. Overall, I hope I get the chance to go back.

I like their new lobby renovations. Their parking lot elevator could be updated. Staff is nice and helpful.

Checked in at 2am. Everything was closed. Room is good size, typical Marriott, clean. Concierge club room is very small. Can't find seats for breakfast.

Fantastic. Genevi and the team are top notch - from the front desk to concierge to housekeeping and valet. Excellent accommodations and walking distance to dining and shops. Will definitely return.

Onsite parking is mandatory $42 valet for no reason other than profit: the garage is right there, attached and usually empty. Save yourself that money and pay the $6 to $8 daily for the public beach parking lot across the street. The lot across the street even has in and out privilege with the ticket on your dashboard. It's also faster than waiting for the valet to get your car.

Great place to stay for business or pleasure.

Business meeting rooms are spacious and comfortable with full amenities. Rooms are good size with full modern amenities - although Internet is not included .

Outdoor pool is crowded and not very large.

Rooftops patio has some amazing panoramic views - especially of night with Santa Monica Pier !

Good service for lunch. Everything was very clean and staff was very professional.

I stayed here for the first time for two nights on a business trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming and I had a room with the view of the marina. It was very close to everything that I needed and walking distance to Venice Beach and the Canals. They pillows were also super comfy, and a fine overall stay. They serve breakfast in the AM in the lobby (not free) and the server Brian at the bar was super helpful since I have a gluten intolerance and the hotel even had gluten free bread to have with my breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel with free breakfast in the morning and a great pool. They offer clean, nice bedrooms with a great view. This is a really great and affordable place to stay if you want to be walking distance from Venice beach.

Fantastic outdoor seating areas with fire pits and comfy seating. Beautiful courtyard in the back, and just cool place to hang out.

Hotel conditions are great. Access to Venice beach with 5 minute walk. Valet parking only for $39. $10 self parking across the street.

Sinder lounge with its fire pits and walk of fire is a relaxing time during the fall.

We attending a sweet 16 birthday party at this hotel. It was an evening party in their ballroom and the views of the city were absolutely stunning. The food was excellent, and it was a great size room for the event.

I called for reservations they would not guarantee where the room was or what views they would have so I called the hotel same thing they will not guarantee your view or your room when you're paying $300 a night for a hotel room hello Motel 6 And I am a preferred Marriott rewards member ha ha
