Staff was friendly and service was fast; I was in and out. The floor was pretty dirty, but everything else was well organized and in its place. I'd go back again to purchase more stuff.

Scott is the best at Radio Shack in plaquemine!! He is very personable and has always made sure my devices were working properly. He shows he cares about his customers and never hesitates to help! I have had my phone repaired by him so many times bc I m so clumsy...he continues to be patient and fixes it with a smile! Thanks Scott for being the BEST!!!

I had issues with my stand alone computer and searched for repair in Plaquemine. I was previously unaware RadioShack did computer repair, as I didn't want to make the long journey to Baton Rouge I gave them a call. To my surprise Scot Byrd and his team went to work immediately and resolved the problems which included replacing my hard drive. They were also able to recover documents and photos which I thought had been lost! The skill and knowledge displayed by the team at RadioShack has made them number one on my list for any future electronic problems I may incur!

Fast, knowledgeable, and reliable. Those are good things to have and this place has it!

Had problems with my battery on my iPhone 6s they fixed the problem and my charging port. Best place in town for phone repair!!!
