We booked Lorenz Bus Service two just two weeks before our wedding reception as a last-minute decision. Communication took some time, but that was on us for not booking ahead of time. It was so a relief to know that our guests were getting safe rides home after our reception! Pat was the driver and she was very friendly and professional. The van/bus/shuttle was clean and very nice (looked luxurious with fancy lighting). We got tons of compliments on the shuttle! We highly recommend booking Lorenz Bus Service for your wedding or event!

Hired Lorenz Bus Service, Inc. for a corporate event. Their quote was accurate, the service I received while booking and coordinating details was outstanding, and our driver went above and beyond to make us feel welcome to the area. The charter bus we took was exceptionally clean and up to date. We used Lorenz Bus Service for our wedding shuttle to and from hotels our guests were staying at. The booking was seamless, and Mike who I worked with was quick to setup a shuttle schedule that worked perfectly for our venue and gave our guests lots of timing options. The driver we were assigned was great. Highly recommend!

The bus was a wonderful addition to our company staff outing. The driver was friendly, on time and courteous. He was available to take us from place to place saving us time and effort for our day. What a fantastic operation. I do not use bus as transportation, but I know the owners personally and I am here to speak to that. The owners are some of the most caring, proactive, and respectable people that I have ever met. They truly care about people wholeheartedly. They treat their employees incredibly. Their customers are seen as an absolute blessing and are treated as such. Every interaction I have seen proves this. We used Lorenz as our shuttle provider for our wedding ceremony and reception to/from the hotels and the venue in Cambridge, MN in September. They were very helpful in determining the right size of shuttle as well as the appropriate pickup and drop-off schedule based on our estimated guest count and the different hotel pickups. Jim, our driver was excellent and even went the extra mile at the end of the night to help us carry out and load up some of the decorations that needed to be removed from the venue.

We brought on Lorenz Bus Service to transport my company to and from a company event. We had several pick up/drops off and they were totally accommodating. Prompt on both ends of the ride. Clean bus and TONS of storage for some items we needed to bring with us and store during our event. I worked with Mike directly and Daniel was our driver- we will definitely be using this service again should we need it. Thanks for getting us around safe!
