Ian was fantastic and helped locate what I need during the critical shortage of trucks. The process was smooth and fast and the additional support to add the few after market upgrades I was looking for. Overall great experience.

The final step of signing the papers was probably the fastest I have ever had. The finance group was on top of their game and somewhat prepared for me when I went in to sign.

Well, I just can't say enough great things about Kevin Varela and the team at Lone Star Chevy! They made my experience super easy! From the moment I reached out via text to Kevin, he got right on the search to find me my new vehicle! Within a week he found the perfect fit for me! My new 2022 Trailblazer! Usually it takes forever when going to a dealer to sign the paperwork, but not here! I was in an out within two hours! The hardest part was the waiting for the new Trailblazer to arrive from the truck! But that was out of everyone's control! I got my new ride four days later and I am enjoying it so much!

The team at Lone Star was AWESOME. It was one of my best buying experiences. Harry and Jorge "Elvis" were amazing. They both made my wife and I feel like we were more than customers. They gave us that feeling of being MVPs. Don't get me wrong, when you are making a large purchase this is how you should be treated, but having purchased several new cars at other dealerships over the years, the Lone Star crew were the only ones to follow through.

My experience was amazing thanks to Jose Damian he is awesome. he is always very helpful and very knowledgeable. He makes you feel important and valued as a customer and also make driving hours just to come to this dealership worth it, because of his presence.

Went in with a brake issue that was concerning me....

Went in with a brake issue that was concerning me. I was informed that it was my rear brakes. I told the service advisor that I wanted it fixed. After payment and checking out once I got home I noticed that my vehicle was making more noise after the service than it was before. I was unable to take it back because I had to leave for work. My wife has been working with the initial service advisor, but she needs a loaner vehicle to be able to make work and has been unsuccessful in acquiring one, which is causing a problem.

The Sales Manager, Alina, was very helpful and informative. Our Customer Consultant, Jorge or Elvis was awesome! We would definitely recommend Lone Star.
