What a fantastic operation. I do not use bus as transportation, but I know the owners personally and I am here to speak to that. The owners are some of the most caring, proactive, and respectable people that I have ever met. They truly care about people wholeheartedly. They treat their employees incredibly. Their customers are seen as an absolute blessing and are treated as such. Every interaction I have seen proves this. They are truly incredible people and this radiates down through the entirety of Lorenz Bus.
