I loved. You can go up for free, look in front of the tickets. The truth is that it does not seem from the outside how shocking it is inside, when you reach the top floors it starts moving more and more. It tickled our tummy to be so high. Super recommendable, the new mandatory stop if you visit Manhattan. They can go children and people in a wheelchair since it has elevators but the people who can climb the stairs do not have access to the elevator.

Huge mall, but definitely pricey. The outside is beautiful to go along with the inside. To make it better it's right next to the highline so you could go for a beautiful walk after.
Big chunk of land converted into another shopping mall with office / residential bldgs and with only one cool cultural center called 'The Shed' . There is no indoor or outdoor fun for kids.
It s quite a work out climbing up but totally worth it! Or you can take the elevator haha! You can book tickets in advance for free if you plan ahead of time or pay $10. The sunset is beautiful from there.
IT IS A PLACE YOU WILL LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT......I WALK THE HIGH LINE 3 DAY'S A WEEK......IT'S LIKE A PLACE IN A DREAM... I NEVER ANYTHING LIKE IT.....THANK GOD I LIVE 5 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE........YOU WILL COME BACK.....NEW YORK YOU'VE OUT DONE YOURSELF ON THIS ONE.....THANK YOU~ FROM A NATIVE NEW YORKER.
Alot of construction currently taking place. So you have to walk around the block to find the building. But it is otherwise a very nice building with smart elevators
The Vessel is stunning. Beautiful contemporaneous structure that simulate an infinite stair. Inside the mall, you can find fancy stores and good food. Luxury everywhere. Great sightseeing point in New York.
The city planners continue to impress with their choice of architectural attractions in target growth neighborhoods. Whether you approve of it or not (or of the booming condo sales to wealthy, never-there international buyers that make these projects a priority), the strategy is effective. Here, they've managed to create a beautiful attraction that comes with the built-in delay tactic of limited structural access due to weight concerns, leaving tourists and locals alike with time to wander around the shiny multi-level mall of (likely highly subsidized) retail space next door, before entering The Vessel itself. It's a logical push up the West Side from the High Line, the previous architectural growth catalyst that has transformed the 20-block Hudson-side industrial section of Chelsea in less than a decade. It will be interesting to see what comes in the next 5-10 years, if these types of big ticket projects remain sustainable, and if New Yorkers will tolerate the continued housing migration pressure to more affordable outer boroughs. Bottom line: it's ok. Good for tourists, bad for cynical New York purists.
Amazing structure with a beautiful view at the top. Railway stations can be viewed from one side, the New York City view from the other side. Skyscrapers 360 degrees all round. Beautiful reflective rose gold structure symmetrically built. Would be even nicer during sunset. Scenery all round is magnificent with the Hudson River in view. Can be a tiring climb up for an elderly.
I work at Hudson yards as a new employee of CBPS/ Canon Business Progress Services they handle things like Mail, loading docks ect etc I'm now a full time employee of canon and they have a contract with Related Companies who is owned by billionaire businessman Stephen Ross and they have a huge real estate and development going on at Hudson yards and I'm part of the canon team who is going to be working at the retail loading dock which will be 20 Hudson yards mall Neiman Marcus, it's a beautiful thing going on there and you should stop by and see how the progress is coming along and take pictures. It's the biggest building project happening in NYC.
Nice mall..half of these stores for the upper class..the stores for ppl like me(middle class)...like h&m..had alot of variety of clothes...uniqlo is a good spot..went 3den to use they shower but I was told it was not in service..got a funny vibe from the lady at the front..could be me..but I have no idea..muji was a good spot for cheap items..some of the items tho..the art vessel was a cool spot
It was everything they say it was. Don't forget to order your tix in advance & drip by the High line I didn't did it all in in one visit so I'll have to return again soon
Super Cool! Had such a nice time walking to the top of the vessel, as well as visiting the beautiful brand new mall. Would recommend visiting if touring New York.
This is "The Vessel" at Hudson Yards..a fabulous structure .and one of New York's iconic new structure. It is a very complex piece of steelwork, with a view that is a must see from the top The 75 pieces were shipped from Italy to NYC and assembled ahead if the proposed scedule..
No major retailer or food purveyor wants to be left out of the fab behemoth mall/shops in Hudson Yards from Patel Phillpe to Citarella and Neuhaus there is something for everyone!
Are you looking for a house? Here is what you are looking for! Soon the highest Manhattan terrace will open! Triangular in shape, it protrudes like a large balcony and is visible from every observation point.
Again beware of any scams that may be taking place here like any public plaza in the city, lots of construction and noise going on here, it's free to get a ticket to the vessel attraction, very nice park called the high line, big mall, very nice 7 subway station, lots of art, and lots of free ways to see LIRR trains pulling in and out all day long.
