DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU TO SIGN UP FOR SAKS CREDIT CARD WHEN CLEARLY TOLD THEM I DON'T WANT TO SIGN UP FOR CREDIT CARD AND STILL DID WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!

Me and my fiancee was there 2/28/2018 and looking for a perfect wedding high heel shoe and a person named Giueseppina Derrico was the person taken care of us. So my fiancee found the perfect shoe that she loved and the agent Giueseppina told us we can received 10% off to apply for Saks Fifth Avenue card, we asked her twice if this is a credit card because we didn't want to impact our credit score we're buying a house soon. She said is only a store card (award card) which is fine with us. She gave us an IPad with application to fill up and I entered the information was shown on the screen and suddenly i see credit card number & APR interest rates, then i asked can you please double check again if this is a credit card, few minutes later she came back and tell me the application already went though! without asking for my permission to hit confirm button. Then she told us she will promise to cancel or avoid the credit card for us but never did. I tried to contacted her manager name "Laura Simpsons" to give us a better solution but she tell to call Saks Fifth credit card customer care. I called Saks Fifth credit card customer care but there is nothing they could do about after the application is being process. Now there is a impact with my credit score. Next day later, we found out the high heel shoe that my fiancee wanted is no longer available on other store which the store associate's "Giueseppina Derrico" helped us hold the item and this is one of the reason why we got the Saks Fifth Ave Card (not credit card) and now i applied for the Saks credit card and the shoe that my fiancee wanted is no longer available. THEY GAVE US HOPES AND DESTROY IT WITH TRUST!! we try to call the place again and now they're not even picking up our calls.

My wife loves your store. Here now looking for a dress for her to wear to a wedding. I get to pick out some cologne today

I walked into the store and was passed along to four different people before I was able to make my purchase of gift cards. Every salesperson was too busy preparing for their customers to come in. However, this store was completely empty.After that ordeal I had to fill out my own gift card amount for each card. They refused to do it for me. I won't be going back there for gift cards ever again.

I have been many times to Fifth Ave.,New York,Huntington and now to Greenwich Ave. location. Saks has never failed to disappoint me. The Greenwich location was under renovation but the service was still excellent ie., attentive, polite, informative ,helpful.
I was looking for a dark grey suit with long jacket and pencil skirt. My furrier is going to put chinchilla fur on the collar and chinchilla cuffs on sleeves.
As I walked around sales representatives ask to help me often. Finally, a wonderful in store personal shopper helped me. She showed me a great jacket but it had no skirt. She then added numerous suggestions and gave me her phone number. Better service I have never seen!

"Thank goodness for Saks" say family. It's always been a favorite of my mother's and all of my stepmother's alike. While It's small, it'll have everything that Bootsy, Bitsy and Bunny will ever need. Nice and helpful staff.

Will never ever order again!!!!! Beware when you have to make a return.
Returned the item on time approx 2.5 months ago and never saw my money again.
They ve send me a merchandise credit. After being on a call with them at a minimum 5 times and a waiting time of at least 1!!!! hour, explaining I want my money back - I m done.
Not sure how they can pride themselves as a luxury retailer.

Saks is the place to go. Even when I am not sure what I am looking for. They carry beautiful things, staff will always try to help, and I rarely leave the store empty handed. Pricing is little high, but when you see what they have it kind of make it understandable.

Positive: Great quality designer clothes! Good store layout, location, and design. Negative: Not a very welcoming store to enter. When I walk into the store the makeup ladies look me up and down in such a rude way.(even when dressed up) The older white sales ladies are SO pushy (both floors). Maybe the store is on commission thats why they feel so pushy and desperate to make a sale?

I went to Saks in Greenwich to return a pair of shoes. I was in a rush so I went to the first Saks store I found on 205 Greenwich Ave. Instead of going to the new shoe store. I went downstairs and a very well mannered lady told me that I could return them in any cashier and pointed out a cashier-sale woman who was doing nothing more than standing right
next to the Marc Jacobs section. She definitely didn't want to do it. Aggressively she asked me to take the items from the bag. Then she said that she would do the return only this time, next time I have to go to the shoe store. Luckily the well mannered woman came to help and I said I was told that I can return them anywhere at any cashier, she confirmed this and the cashier woman blushing had to agree.
Then I wanted to buy a pair of leggings and another woman doing nothing told me that the sale person went to lunch.I put the leggings back.
This happened on Tuesday May 2, 2017 between 2 pm and 3 pm.

I won't be back!

Always nice stuff here-but can get more brands here than 5th Ave Flagship store-especially shues

Made my first trip after they moved cosmetics to the lower level. Couldn't get service because a woman was returning multiple clothing items at the Bobby Brown counter. Now the store is expecting the women at the cosmetics counters to also handle clothing returns? Moving cosmetics downstairs was one dumb move, that is a second one. Have shopped at this counter for many years -- won't be returning.

Poor customer service. I had bought a VALENTINO bag online and exchange it because the top handle broke at Saks in Greenwich. The second handle broke on the new bag. My first attempt was to call Valentino directly they did not want to help and told me to call Saks directly. So I called the online number they did not want to help (I was basically told my their problem) I recently called and got a lady on the phone in the handbag department in the Greenwich store, who worked in a different section (Prada) she told me she can not help. The employee on the phone told me she was unable to find anyone in the store to help or did not know who that would be. In my fourth attempt I called again where no on in the store picked up the phone.

Fun place to check out cosmetics. Staff is generally helpful although a little pushy. I like trying on fragrances to see if I can get myself hooked. It's nice I can bring my little dog in there. It is a nice store but expensive,

Beautiful store with elegant merchandise located in downtown Greenwich, CT. I was surprised to learn that there really are four Saks buildings on two sides of street with different department shopping in each building. I shopped in only one of these locations. It was my first time at this Saks location and my first time in Greenwich, CT. Many lovely name stores and pretty cafes in this area. Driving is tricky if you don't know where things are because several streets are one way. Parking is free in lots behind the various Saks buildings. Also, if you don't really know which building is which for what department you are looking for, then it can be confusing. I had to stop and ask people twice where to go! I was really expecting Saks would be one large building with all departments within and a free parking lot like I am used to in other towns! Otherwise a good experience.

Walked into store and the first lady didn t even acknowledge me but when a customer walked in a few seconds later she gave her full attention and greeted her with hello and how can I help you and I was like wow!! So that continued to happen with about 2 other sales representatives until I finally said to one other one can I get some help. I had to come back to exchange and the service was even worst!! There was salesman walking the floor doing nothing but refused to even ask me if I needed help instead just look and turn there heads. I guess being African American they assume we don t have money or can t afford to buy from there...Thank god I m not that one cause if I was I would have made a situation bad due to that was discrimination and if I ever go there again it will be bought to the attention or maybe I ll walk in with my black lawyer so he can see the treatment.

I am visiting a friend in this town. I was so surprised to come across an old school Sax Fifth Avenue! There are certainly a differences between East Coast shops and West Coast shops even if they are the same brand. The vibe here is more refined. More old-school.

This store is racist . I walked in to make an exchange.i did not have a receipt . If you are not dressed to look expensive do NOT go in this store.

Saks Fifth Avenue in downtown Greenwich is one of the few stores in Greenwich with parking. Sales help is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about designer merchandise with excellent advice about fabric, fit and alterations. Highly skilled tailors available for consultation about alterations. Designer shoes are a specialty. Try on your favorites in their absolutely fabulous first floor Shoe Salon across from designer lingerie. After you make your purchases, enjoy the convenient first floor door that opens into the Saks parking lot behind Greenwich Avenue.

A 4 location, upscale, shopping complex for women. Not quite the NYC store, but as the "Rolling Stones" say "You can't always get what you want" , but here " You get what you need" and it's a much shorter ride to get there.
With separate stores for shoes, sportswear, jewelry and everything else this satellite is more like a solar system.

Horrendous customer service when dealing with the return of an unworn $800 item purchased one week prior!!!!! Go to any other luxury department store - even if it s further away. It will be worth it.

This is my favorite Saks. Staff is a little pushy and will give the stink eye to people they don't think belong, which is a little ridiculous for a store in the middle of the Ave.
It's fine if you ignore the staff.
