The complex with shopping malls and luxury buildings is a very beautiful place to visit. In the middle of the complex is the Vessel, which is also a nice place and admission is free (but must be scheduled). There are not many things to do and if you do visit it is just a beautiful neighborhood with places to shop

They built this place so cool! I didn't think the vessel was free to walk up... But after checking out more info on Google I found out that it is free to walk up although you do need to grab a ticket at the counter or online. It's free so no worries. It's very cool looking and I wish I could have went up it. How long b4 they start charging? I'm not sure. I hope they dont.

One of the worst hyped place ever. If you are wondering what's there. Well other than that thing you have to register to go on. Everything else is the same as you can find on 5th ave and Madison. If you end up going, make sure you eat before you go. All of the restaurant are expensive and packed! Like you will end up buying a sandwich and eat standing or at a corner kind of packed...That's after you wait 1 hour in line for a burger. Full service Restaurant are rude and even though they said closed at 3 , they really close by 2pm Not worth to travel down there. You would be very disappointed. Enjoy the true New York by walking the street, try Broadway, Madison, 5th to 6th ave, plenty to see, plenty of food, center of everything. And you can find the same stuff that's at this mall.

In 19 Hudson Yards you will find the Sheed, a very interesting architectural work. It was opened in 2019. To access the interior of the building you have to take the ticket online. It is free but mandatory to access, usually a week in advance is recommended in high season. The climb seems more complicated than it really is and it is good to stay at the top to take pictures and watch the sunset. Then in front of the sheeds is the mall The shops, which is a very luxurious mall.

Who is this for? Tourists? High end shoppers? The The vessel and the restaurants are the only reasons i can see for coming here. Very disappointed with the layout. From the vessel to the Spanish market, you walk to the end into a dark corner, take an escalator down to an unfinished landing, to then turn and follow a hall and then down more escalators. NOT VERY WELCOMING OR THOUGHT OUT.

Famous shops combine restaurants and office buildings. Outside is Vessel, which has only recently opened. If you feel cold and hide inside, sit down and have a cup of coffee.
It feels like the Kaohsiung Dream era. Near lunch time, you can see office workers coming and going. Each person has a box of lunch boxes and a cup of coffee. They check out, eat and leave at the fastest speed.

A lot of stores and a lot to do, especially if you like taking pictures! The Vessel outside The Shops is a beautiful sight and (my friends may disagree) definitely worth the 16-story climb!

Wow! A development for the future. I was in awe while visiting Hudson Yards, which had just opened about two weeks prior to my visit. Great public spaces inside and out incorporating the best elements of built environment design and architecture. A cool spot for all visitors to check out. The mall has many shopping and food options too.
