Actually I didn't visit here..but the view from outside is very good.

Such a pathetic recruitment process got selected twice, god knows what state of mind Hr have ,

after submitting all the documents,
they tell you position is in hold.....

Very bad hr team and very bad experience with interview . Doesn't matter how well you do the interview. . They will ultimately do politics and select candidates through referrals . My question to lore .. if you don't want to hire people from outside ..:then why are you conducting interview?

Good support from management. Direct interaction with clients.
