I was skeptical about the bad reviews, and the service time was long, but the end result was very good. They repaired the door bodywork and applied custom moldings as the original moldings were discontinued. Very good service and helpful staff.

If I could, I would give 0 stars to their service!!!! Never have any deal with them. I came to get rust proofing for my Honda Pilot and demanded to attach an engine cover (a screw has been lost). When I got my car back, i checked the quality of rust proofing. I was surprised to see that the rear right beam wasn`t covered at all. i asked them to complete the job. However, they refused and gave me another appointment for the next week!!! plus, I"ve never felt so strong disaster smell in my car!!!!! I am sure that it`s very dangerous. Plus, the cover wasn`t attached (I think it is extremely difficult for them and it needs a special education). I don`t understand how it is possible to sell so expensive cars and to be unable to provide an appropriate service!!!! Honda Longueuil, be sure this complaint will be sent to the Honda.ca!!!!
Took an appointment to buy a car when I came the car was already sold, so not serious at all.
Since I moved to Longueuil from Montreal 20 years ago I started being a client of Longueuil Honda where I purchased my 1st brand new Honda CRV-2016 AWD. Everyone in the sales department was excellent. I used to service all my cars at Honda Longueuil and never was mislead about the work to be done and the parts to be changed by the service department and the car mechanics.
They always make the arrangements for me since I work 7 days a week and would be foolish to loose a day of work to service my car or to make the necessary repairs. Bruno at the Parts Department always gives me extra for my $$$$. The guys at the service department are always geat, funny, curtious, and friendly. It is always a great pleasure to talk to them

It's been ten years that I live on the street next to the honda. Many times I introduced myself to ask someone in "authorities" to advise their technicians that the street is not a sharp acceleration and braking track. Not to mention the times where the stop is not done at the corner of the street so they can come back faster in the garage ....
I hate shopping for cars and usually don't trust car salesmen if my life depended upon it. But every once in awhile you meet someone who is truly in the right job. Dominic Faucher welcomed me in a relaxed and friendly manner. My test drive was like taking a drive with a friend, friendly courteous conversation without any pressure to close me while I drove. Showed me features in a friendly relaxed manner. Had this been the right car for me, I'm 100% confident that I could worked a deal that would have been a winner for both of us. Dominic has restored some of my faith in the human race. There is hope for the reputation of car salesmen thanks to Dominic.

I purchased my first car (used) from ***HONDA DEALER*** for just in case! I do not want to spend and money after paid, like everybody! Long story short, I got my car with cracked bumper and after conversation with dealer he offered me free 3 oil changes and he said "maybe you did, because when I sell the car to you there are no cracks".If I want to fix it, I have to pay estimated price 400$ for only bumper. If you want to just enjoy your car after pay all, think about again. --- The answer for dealer replay: I did what I have to do already, maybe you can do to. I want to result, do not tell me you can keep calling me! and you are not sorry!

Rude racists employees that yelled at me in the dealership.
I was yelled and spoke down to me by honda salesmen because I didn't like the "deals" that they were offering me. Everyone heard and other salesmen came by to calm him down. He is the maneger there too!
The dealership called me to come in to see them because they had a special deal to offer me if I traded in my 3 year old Honda CRV. The deal they offered me was to trade in my 3yr old CRV worth 20k, and pay another 25k for a brand new one.
The only differences between the new one and my old one was side mirror cameras and a FOB keyless entry.
They apologized for the awful salesmen, (which I appreciated), also, they begged me to keep bringing my car to them for servicing and asked me to come into the dealership again to make a better deal.
I went in and the offer was almost the EXACT same! So instead I asked for 2 free deluxe car washes for compensation for the terrible treatment but they refused.
Bottom line...a professional place like that should never ever treat a customer that way. It was an absolutely awful and shocking experience. They do not value me as a customer,at all. All employees there just want to make the dealership money using any tricks they have.

The interior of the fairly small and cheap building seems to lack a good renovation. There were just 2 Civic cars and a Pilot, not a Honda Accord. My mom and I bought a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium that was received in return for a very good price. Worst Honda dealership visited in the greater Montreal area. The saleswoman did not show up for our meeting, she called me 25 minutes later to tell me that she was with another client. In the meantime his colleague did not want to receive me. During my waiting time I witnessed pressure from a couple of buyers when their salesperson brought in another salesperson to talk to them about financing.
