This dealer will offer you an ordinary service but surely will meet the expectations of a good customer service. My mom and I bought a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium that was received in return for a very good price. After having themselves made the inspection and change of oil, it appears that after 4 days the battery seems to be weak. I went to the dealer 3 times to see my problem but always the same answer from the seller Paul Olivier "we can not know when a battery will die" although I am aware that the battery is not part of the motorcycle group Longueuil thruster Honda did not even hit the road to do a battery test and told me to go check it out at Ford. The management is also problems and is crooked! Check your purchases well after "certified" inspections
