I called to make an appointment to get a new key for my car, because I lost mine and I didn't have a copy left. The person on the phone told me the price it was going to cost me and then, when I accepted the price and wanted an appointment, I was transferred to another person. It fell on a voicemail, I left all my coordinates. So far, it's been six months, they have never contacted me. I always check my voicemail and missed calls. In the meantime, I found my lost key. I give the rating of one star because I have never been served.
