In January 2018, I receive a phone from my salesman who offers me to change my rental manual civic 2015 blue with 24 000km of max per year rent that I have for a year and a half against a blue civic 2017 automatic and this, with the same contract (4 years 24 000 km per year). I accepted and signed the contract trusting him. (Seller steve.) By chance, a year later I leave my contract to check my rental start date, I am aware that my contract is 20 000km per year and not the 24 000km that I was supposed to have, because the The salesman told me that I had the same contract. I have been meeting the seller who can not do anything for me. I call m.david, director who can not do anything either. My year is not over yet and I have already exceeded my km. TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE CONTRACT. NEVER TRUST AS I HAVE DID.

For the return of a vehicle to the dealer after a rental of 5 years ...... forgot the keys inside the vehicle and locked door ...
To open the doors, we must have a key made by the dealer ... and we are charged the key $ 19.95 for a rental of 60 months and a 58,500 km on the odometer ... therefore 20,000 km allocated per year an extra of 40 000 km less on the vehicle ... I find this inappropriate ... For me, this Honda dealer has lost my confidence ... not the company ...

I recommend that you avoid this dealer for your maintenance and repairs. I have been there several times and had several bad experiences. There I learned my lesson and I will never set foot there again. Some examples? 1- Repairs supposedly required, but following a second external opinion, which turned out not to be necessary. 2- Billing errors. 3- Very expensive repair quotes (with original parts because generic parts were supposedly not available): but you protest and there, suddenly they find parts and the bill goes down ... 4- Several necessary touch-ups following a repair to the bodywork because rust takes in a door which should have been replaced by a new one. It seems clear to me that advisors are encouraged to inflate invoices ...

In 2015 I came for the first time and got Steve Beauchemin to buy an Odyssey. 2 days ago I went back and had Steve Beauchemin again to rent a CRV. I had Manon Tremblay for the finances. It really is a great team of professionals who are passionate about their work, a great atmosphere, and I really like the renovations that have been made over the years. The seller quoted me on a demo vehicle and when I noticed there was an equivalent discount on the same new car, I contacted the seller to discuss it. He started telling me that it was impossible and that I couldn't count. I went back the next day and the salesperson sent me the supposedly boss who is even less professional. He tried to threaten me and be aggressive with me for no reason. Don't waste your time, buy elsewhere.

I went to Longueuil Honda to buy a new vehicle on a Monday night and it took about 15 minutes before someone came to see me and I was told vague stories about discounts and calculations that are not accurate. (I checked later). I am really disappointed with the treatment that was reserved for me which explains my coast also basis.

I do not recommend having your Honda or any vehicle serviced here.

I was having AC issues and they charged me $250 for an "inspection" and simply topped up my refrigerant. Within two days the refrigerant leaked out again and the AC no longer worked. They did not do the required complete inspection and it cost me extra time and money to go back and have it fixed correctly. When they did fix it correctly the next time, they damaged my centre console during the repairs and I had to take it back again for them to replace the damaged parts. Then during a long road trip in the middle of the summer when we were using the AC a lot, litres of water began pooling in the passenger footwell because they did not properly connect the condenser drain hose.

Stupidly after this AC ordeal I took my car there to have the battery and charging system inspected. I needed a new battery in the end. When I got the car back, there was a dent on the front bumper that was not there previously.

They seem nice a genuine, but they do not give a care about your vehicle.

Hello as I see I am not the first CUSTOMER of Longueuil Honda who is not satisfied. I bought a Honda Civic 2013 touring, I had a very good seller at the time of my purchase. (Good retirement)
By cons customer service is horrible, the mechanical service is even worse I paid for all my maintenance at Longueuil Honda. To make me say at another Honda dealership that the maintenance of my brakes that I paid was not done and in addition it damaged my rear galliper pcq there was not a drop of grease. So check your repairs right out of the garage. A REALLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AND BE SURE THAT HONDA CANADA WILL BE INFORMED OF THE SITUATION.

So disappointed. I bought a deluxe aesthetic package (washing, waxing, anti-rust etc). My car smells terrible - like a nuclear bomb is detonated inside it. I left the windows open for hours but the smell didn't go away. I have extreme headaches every time I drive. I am giving two stars because they did a great job on the exterior but I will never set foot in this dealership again since they use harmful products and the foul odors do not go away from the car.

I have now read other reviews and other people have had the same experience. Beware, the noxious odor will not disappate if you get your car cleaned here. I would never go back.

This dealership has a nice showroom and a nice waiting room. Service at the parts counter is courteous and efficient. -1 star for the indecent price of parts but that's life when you buy Honda! On the other hand, the parts are of very good quality.

Terrible service, at least from a salesperson, but it's enough to convince me not to go back. The salesperson acts as if I am not interested in buying from them without knowing my situation. I was certainly a potential buyer, but the lack of professionalism of the seller changed everything, I will make my purchase elsewhere.
