I started coming to Dodge to get my Oil Changes done and a few problems on my vehicle looked at and the first person I ever spoke to was Jayme Caldwell, she's honestly the most professional Service Advisor I have ever met, she listens to any problems you have with your vehicle and as it is a high stress environment she always stays positive and has a smile on her face! She treats customers with the respect they deserve which is hard to find at some other dealerships. Was able to have van towed in on short notice. I was called to go over what was needed now and what could wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. Van was fixed and is running good .

Bought a used truck from Londonderry Dodge Aug 2015, was not happy with the professionalism or services from the sales manager at the time, said we would never go back. Got a call to trade in our vehicle Mar 2017. We were curious, so we agreed to go by. We were very surprised by the difference of service/deal we received. Marc Terrien (sales) and Braden Risby (finance) changed our perspective. They made us feel like valued customers during negotiations, document drop offs and when we picked up our new vehicle. They kept us abreast of timings for add-ons and ensured we had a loaner vehicle that was equivalent to the vehicle we were purchasing. Marc's sincerity, honesty and pride in professionalism was evident and appreciated. Ask for Marc if you want to be treated like more than just a commission!

Had an issue with it later on but i have found 2 great person later on(who took care of my issue) first person you need to meet is sales manager Denver ,he is always cheery and joyful, will listen to you no matter what you are there in the shop for,even if its buying a car or not !!
Second person is the GM himself his name is Mitch. He is a good guy as well. You explain him your situation not only he listens , he tries to figure out a solution and does everything on his power to make customers happy .Obviously for any issues go and see these 2 guys.

Pretty disappointed, brought mt 2017 Jeep Compass to get looked at. Twice now they have told me everything was okay. but as I was driving home my car stalled... bone dry with no oil. they did say I needed a oil change but they did not say I had absolutely no oil left! I was only over by 500 kms over the recommended time to get it in.

I turned up to Londonderry dodge and met a sales man by the name of mark Young, I was trading in my 2011 Slt ram for a 2015 ram sport. I got a good price on my trade in and a much lower Apr than my previous finance from 23 to just 6 Apr. Mark was polite, honest , and was not pushy at all, if there is anything I hate it's pushy salesmen, that alone would make me walk. Mark offered to make us a drink of our choice and talk about what it is I'm looking for, we test drove two trucks and time was not an issue, I felt Mark would have been happy to provide us with his time all day, controls of the vehicle were explained and shown to me. I was left alone for a while to chat with my partner and again no pressure was applied to jump into something. Financing was quick and explained to me, also went through and explained my credit file. This is the first time I'd bought a truck from here and would not hesitate to go back when I'm looking for a new truck in the future, for anyone that deals with mark you will find him a pleasure to deal with, I wish him all the best and a long happy career at Londonderry dodge and I hope he's still there when I next purchase a new truck, thanks mark !!! :)
Had my car sent here by Canadian Tire to program new keys. The two people I dealt with, a woman and man, were very rude. The gentleman literally kept rolling his eyes and acted like I was bothering him. They really need to work on customer service. I did witness some really good staff members here so I wont say its all of them. I might have just been unlucky with the two who helped me.
ive been here only because i bought a service pack with them.. nothing but stress with the vehicle i bought which was brand new.. there service advisor are highly knowledgeable however you can tell are not forthcoming with the truth eg. trying to upsell you with unnecessary things you need( this is just my opinion judge for yourself) and may be you guys can tell that i have bad experience with them.. but they are not nice people they are so stressed with there job and you will be there stressball or punching bag...
the actual mechanical work in my vehicle was questionable 3x service for the same problem because of improper seals I can go more detail but whats the point its a hit or miss with them
3 others issues was easy fix and done correctly but only issues was the wait time your car will be there 2 days but hey u can choose not to believe me

I popped into Londonderry Dodge and told them while my wife likes Jeep Wranglers I'm not sure I do. Moments later I was test driving a Wrangler. I'm telling everyone that the whole Jeep buying experience was that easy.
Dave was our sales guy and never once put any pressure on me or my wife to buy. Everything was kept conversational and instructional. Justin in finance was easy to talk to as he delivered updates on the Jeep we ordered. Dustin in service, when we brought the Jeep in for rust protection, was very patient in answering questions. Top to bottom, everyone treated us like humans, not wallets.
The worker kept in contact with me during the fixing process. They didn t fix everything I asked for. And over all staff are very friendly and did their best. I would recommend this place a go to.
Bought a truck over the internet, worked with Nizar. He was very helpful in sharing all of the details on the truck I had purchased. Easy to communicate with and had shared tons of photos. There was two small issues with the truck, something that would have been noticed if I viewed the truck in person before buying but management took care of the issue in a very respectable manner.
Their delivery agent, who I met half way to Edmonton, was a stand up individual and someone who made the transfer of ownership very welcoming and convenient. Bought me a coffee while we went through the finalization of the sales.
Overall, I would most definitely consider buying from Londonderry again in the future.

I was recommended by a friend so I traded my 2013 for a 2015 sport love the truck my friend who referred me there was suppose to get 500 for referring me. He is still waiting went in numerous times to inquire about it they said they sent it to him but was shocked when my sales man said it was only 250 not sure why I was lied to and still he has no received this little bonus. It has almost been 8 months since I drove off the lot pretty sad. I had a bad experience with Capitol jeep in the past so I went here should of went back to Capitol Jeep. But the new truck manager did step up and install a back flip for me. I never have received any communication from this dealership since I had backflip installed. All my sales man wanted was a sale in the future I will not ever roll on that lot again I don't get my services don't there either why be a loyal customer when they don't seem to care. My friend who was suppose to receive the referral bonus really needed it so instead of putting a option on my truck I wanted to help out my friend for the referral bonus. As he could of used it then for his child. Hate being just another number. So I manned up and gave him the 500 myself and told him they sent it to me instead. I feel if you say and promise something stick to your words....Thanks from one disappointed customer...........
This was hands down the best buying experience I have EVER had with a vehicle. I am a Londonderry Dodge for life going forward. My sister bought a Cherokee from Dave Henderson earlier in the year and was very happy, she insisted I go see him when I discovered it would cost over $5000 to get my 20 year old car back on the road.
The last couple years have been rough and decimated my financial situation making it pretty much impossible to get into a solid vehicle with an affordable payment in the subprime bracket. So I called down and spoke to Dave who encouraged me to come down and see him after a quick explanation of my situation. I've worked in automotive and was very skeptical about an approval.
I met Dave and discussed my needs and we drove a couple vehicles, he was very skilled in helping me determine what my needs were in a vehicle and quickly helped me find something that checked all the boxes. I enjoyed his friendly and professional demeanor and would suggest him for your next vehicle.
Next I spoke with Justin in finance, he was very courteous and professional and again a pleasure to deal with. In our conversation I discovered that he has been working at Londonderry Dodge for ~15 years. I was floored, I've worked many years in the industry and can count on one hand the amount of people I've met in sales or finance that have been at the same place that long. It was late and no approval was happening that day however and Justin asked me to leave it with him for a couple days to find the best offer. At this point I went home happy with the service, but very skeptical that I was getting financed so I began exploring other possibilities.
I left it for two days as I know how annoying it is to have a customer chase you every couple hours. At this point I spoke with Chad Menard and this guy worked some magic, we had the initial almost not prime approval fall through and then immediately was able to find a replacement bank that was able to put me into a better model that I had picked out for the exact payment range I was looking for, it was used (which I preferred) and they were transparent about all needed repairs and they were all done before I drove including a brand new windshield for a small chip that could have been fixed. To top it all off, I got leather!
This entire dealership rocks, everyone I encountered had a smile and a friendly greeting, they all respect the virus, they're very professional but not stuffy.
My sister got me into this dealership and every person that works inside will keep me going back for life. Whether you want new or used, this is the place to buy!

Bought my Jeep here and initially was very happy with the purchase.. Sales team is great, service team however..Three years later and pretty much no problems.. I made an appointment to fix an issue with my rear defroster but my warranty expired two days prior to the appointment date. They found a problem with my radiator and would only fix it if I would get a brake service done with them. $299 dollars later they fixed the radiator but told me they would not cover the rear defroster because "it was a cosmetic issue"... How is that cosmetic? Afterwards filled out a survey only to have they're service manager tell me there is no Gray-area when it comes to warranty.... Well another dealership said otherwise and said they'd cover it when the part comes in. They had "oh well" attitude I will not miss.

We just bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram and I traded in 2010 Mustang GT. The dealership was very competitive in the offer for my trade and when push came to shove, Chrysler (chad and Roman) came out on top by adding some options to the used truck to match another vehicle I was looking at and threw in a warranty for some peace of mind as well. I've bought vehicles from here in the past and will continue to do so because they are just flat out better than the competition.
Went to get an appraisal on my car. Told them up front that I just wanted an idea of what my car was worth. Took an hour and a half to finally get a ballpark number from them. What a waste of time. If you want to play games don't tell me you are going to be honest with me.

They provided various options I asked for including an option for 0% financing. At the end of the day I purchased the vehicle in one afternoon and drove it away almost an hour after their business hours ended.
The sales manager topped things off by offering me a tank of fuel and a full detail next time I am up in Edmonton. What a wonderful touch! I hope to take them up on this when I am back around. I had a few things in the sales contract that I did not understand after the sale and even though the sale was done they made everything right.

Requested service and had appointment within 24 hours. Offered transport home, kept advised of service and issues, vehicle ready and transport provided back to service centre. Overall, a very good experience and would return for next service.
My experience buying my jeep was absolutely excellent. Rob was great and so was the entire staff.
My first servicing however was not a good experience.
Firstly I assume when you make an appointment for 10:30 am, your vehicle will be serviced at 10:30 am. That's normally how the world works with the exception of the doctors office and londonderry dodge.
I was sent home in an Uber. My vehicle didn't go in until 1:30. I didn't get it back until after 5pm. I lost an entire day stuck at home with no vehicle for what was essentially an oil change and tire rotation that would've taken 20 minutes at jiffy lube.
I was having an issue with the start stop feature which I was told was fixed. However it works even worse than before, but I'm not willing to waste another whole day on the process so it can wait until my next maintenance.
We just bought our 4th vehicle from Lyle at Londonderry Dodge. Lyle is definitely our guy when it comes to buying our cars.

We knew it was time for a new car. After doing internet research on mid sized SUV's, and looking at what we required, we decided that a 2014 Dodge Durango was on the top of our list. My previous Durango was purchased through Londonderry, and based on our previous experience, we went there, even though we had other Dodge dealers closer to us. We were not disappointed. Roman J., our sales consultant, helped us with the selection, options, and to our surprise had the car in their inventory. Matt S. effortlessly handled the paperwork and the financing and we drove away in our new car the same day. Only the Navigation package needs installation, but Londonderry Service was unable to book an appointment for us for 3 weeks. So thumbs up to new car sales and administration, thumbs down on a 1 hour service requirement to complete the delivery.

Good handling , 9 speed transmission for good power and speeding a 3.6 L , cabin ride nice and quiet , 13 Alpine speaker with a Uconnect stereo system , 2 Blue ray DVD on the back of the seats for second row ; with built in games. The screen is like a smart phone or tablet like design , fast heated seats in first row and second row , plus fast heated steering wheel. Drives like a Cadlilac. Looks like a SUV. Speedy like a sports car. But it a Minni can. More people will buy this for it does not look like a mini van. I had a Kia Sorrento fully loaded but now love the Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus and will never go back. It like having a 3 in 1 vehcile. So Awesome and the price is good. I recommend this for anyone . It sporty , lots of leg room , lots cargo space , can haul 4 x 8 ply wood so it acts like a truck. Good for camping or long travel. Test drive one and find out for yourself.
