I am not going to buy the material from this shop because I found it dehumanising, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Instead of buying the materials there I am going to suggest to people that Cass Art in Charing Cross got fantastic customer service. As anything especially when is quiet having a small chat should be part of the service.

Amazing selection of inks, canvases, Golden paints whole range , art pads , gold leaf and gilding stationery in all colours and textures and sizes like envelopes and gift cards. Upstairs on back wall is best selection of all kind of inks in all colours and brands . They were excellent in getting back to me ( phone messages) and admitted they had been slow / non responsive in the past and they are trying to make up for it to customers . Good business ! I travel a long way to see them from Kent and they get everything ready for me to collect .

Give 0 stars if possible. after ordering online, no phone or email replies, the worst service I ve ever received from any company ever. Do not order from them unless you want money out your pocket and no product to show for it.

Comprehensive ranges of artist materials, requisites, ancillaries and incidentals intelligently merchandised in a spacious setting. Impressive depth, variety at differing price points bound to satisfy both the aspiring novice and the discerning adept. Staff are passably product conversant, helpfully flitting about dispensing advise. Recommended unhesitatingly.

Visited in November..... Excellent selection of Art supplies, with knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly staff. I live in Gibraltar and getting anything here delivered is often a challenge..... So I emailed LGC Customer Service in the vague hope that I could complete my daughter's Christmas Art Wish List! Eleanor messaged me almost immediately...Well! In 51 years, I have rarely been so impressed by anyone in Customer Services! Absolutely top rate service. LGC you rock! Thank you

Stationery nerds will love the London Graphic Centre, this place is pretty big and stocks lots of niche brands and products. Personally I am a notebook fiend and love the selection they have here including Paperways and Field Notes which can often be expensive online. They also have a big selection of art and design magazines and it's a great place to stock up on cards. Students get a generous 15% off!

This shop is great! There is everything you need. I had come to buy a specific book but there were none. The staff provides good information and is rather welcoming. The shop is located in a nice neighborhood.

I was served a few weeks ago by Maccaroy & Tanisha. They were super friendly and supportive of my needs to get materials for my students. Excellent customer service. I always use this Art store and the stock is superb. Thank you!

Today I went to the graphic centre in covent garden, after I got home I checked my recipt to find I had been charged for additional items that I hadn't even taken up to be scanned, I went back to the shop, wasting time and money on travel. Not really happy with my experience today, perhaps staff should be more careful what they scan. Not sure if I'll be going back to be honest.

I bought glass clip frame A2- it's just amazing. First of all it's made from proper glass which is very unsually and hard to find in different shops. Very good quaility of products, metal clips and MDF board - in compare to different products available on the market. Nice service, no problem with communication (answering questions) and fast, safety delivery !!! Parcel was well secured, proper package, no damage during transport. I highly recommend this shop and service !!!!

Best place to get art supplies in London. Good selection of watercolor, oil and acrylic paints, as well as an entire section of canvases and MDF boards. The array of stationery in the downstairs area is amazing, sticking brands like tombow, Leuchtturm and sakura, which aren't always easy to find in the UK.

no wheelchair access which is not clearly signposted online. I had wheeled myself 2 miles uphill on cobbles to visit, beyond dissapointed that I couldn't even access the ground floor. There is plenty of space in the entrance for their to be a platform lift. I was sitting there crying (and catching my breath) for a good 15-20 mins and no member of staff came over to offer help. I even tried calling up the stairs to see if there was an alternative entrance (often wheelchair access is through a service entrance) I had no response. There was also no doorbell to call a staff member to the atrium.

Products arrived quickly (despite the current circumstances) and in a well-padded envelope. Would definitely recommend purchase. However, the circular seal stickers on the boxes of Faber-Castell pens were half coming off and covered in lint/fibres, which doesn't look very good when giving the item as a gift. Otherwise 10/10!

They have everything I need and loads more I want! I buy my posca pens and uniball pens here. They have a wide selection of materials from paper to ink or paints etc, carry cases and tools like brushes and palettes. There is also a very nice selection of washi tape and notebooks.
