no wheelchair access which is not clearly signposted online. I had wheeled myself 2 miles uphill on cobbles to visit, beyond dissapointed that I couldn't even access the ground floor. There is plenty of space in the entrance for their to be a platform lift. I was sitting there crying (and catching my breath) for a good 15-20 mins and no member of staff came over to offer help. I even tried calling up the stairs to see if there was an alternative entrance (often wheelchair access is through a service entrance) I had no response. There was also no doorbell to call a staff member to the atrium.
