Great variety of stuff, friendly and helpful people

The neatly arranged wardrobe. Most of the art supplies were expensive compared to Korea, but the staff was friendly and well packed.

I can only imagine the high reviews are from customers visiting the physical store, as my online purchasing experience as so far been very poor. Ordered two items comfortably in time for christmas, confirmation of order arrived and money taken, then comes the day of delivery and only the smallest of the items arrives (an accessory to the main purchase) with zero communication from London Graphics Centre regarding stock issues or delays. Tried calling to query but noone is answering the phone and so far my email has also gone unanswered.

I'd mind less if there was clarity about the issues and I could make other arrangements, but as of right now I have no idea what's going on so I'm a Christmas present short and out of pocket. I'd avoid any online purchases from this company if you actually want the items you've paid for to arrive.

Beautiful shop. The layout of perfect and it has everything an artist could want. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

If you have any creative needs, you can rest assured that the graphics centre will cater for them. From pencils to fabric dyes they will sort you out a treat. The staff obviously know what they are talking about and enjoy working in a place which is relevant to their interests. Numerous spots accross london mean you are never far away from your stationary fix. Check it out. why not. Go on.

The prices are normal, but the range and service is exceptional. Special offers are very good.

It was amazing! They had every single art equipment I could think of! Even if you weren't really buying anything you could walk around and look at all the beautiful colours they had! Would definitely come again ^-^

Very cool store with knowledgeable staff. Bought some tracing paper and blades from here. Recommended if you need some art supplies.

It's really big so very nice to shop in, it has two massive floors. It has a massive selection of products and you are not restricted to just on brand of products as they have many different brands of the same item so you really get to get the best for you. Would highly recommend to any graphic designer

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service after the manager would not let me in with a few minutes left still open. Even if this was the case, the way he dealt with the situation was so rude- I walked away in tears. Creative businesses should support their communities, studying at Goldsmiths university I full understanding the ways of the creative industry. I used to recommend this store, however now I would recommend any place else. I will not put up with a male manager with thinks he can talk to me in an angry - non empathetic manner. It is not OK. As a student and professional you often have last min deadlines and hope that supply stores are helpful and at least motivating. I will recommend going to depford printing supply services instead, the manager their was polite, helpful and really welcoming, this is the kind of support we need as students fighting in the creative industry. No matter the scale, kindness is FREE.

Massive place with two floors full of all the art/craft supplies a professional or novice could want.
This place also sells various lightboxes and some other electrical equipment, a nice extra that I've never seen at another art supplies store.

A good range of goods, not cheap but not awful. Normally a place with this range of product I would like, but its just so dark and gloomy inside its borderline unpleasant.

Bad customer service. Very slow delivery. Totally Unprofessional. Only received 2/4 things by 2 different couriers which doesn t make sense. Do they have a phone?

In my opinion the best art shop in the west end. Huge range of materials, friendly staff who understand your needs, not the cheapest in London, but on parr with Cass art and other local stores.

Ridiculously well-stocked for any professional or amateur artist. Occasional sales also make certain items extremely affordable. The staff were knowledgeable and cheerful and very helpful too. Overall, a great shopping experience!

I tried to get 6 things scanned and printed and I was there for 45min and left with nothing. The staff is very unfriendly, unhelpful and definitely not customer focused. The "printing specialist" didn't manage to make a correct scan, cutting the prints at the bottom of the page. I made a better quality scan with my office's scan. Overall, I definitely don't recommend it for artistic or professional services.

Unfortunately no Heavy duty display mount. Glue spray. Just the lighter one.

Small shop but it has the essential for drawing, manga, graphics, postcards, gifts, etc.

A "must-go" place to everyone that is looking for art/design/craft items. The variety is huge, two floors covered with everything you may need for your projects. Vast selection of agenda and similar. The amount of choices for paper for every need is just enormous.. you can easely spend an hour just browsing everything, from sketchbooks to specialised paper. Prices are good, you can also order online if you are far away from London. They are very friendly and ready to help as soon as you need them. There's always some event going on during the month, so check them out for workshops, discounts or special promotions. If you are a student, the student day is definetly something you need to check as discounts and goodies are amazing, but go there as soon as they open, as the turn out is huge and lots of items are on a first-come basis.

A very large selection, a great place for creative people

If you're into graphic/art/print stuff, this place is brilliant. Very nicely located close to the tourist trap of Covent Garden.

They have everything you need but they are massively overpriced. 10x the price of what it would be online.

Great place for all your graphic needs. Very pricey compared to the world wide web but you are shopping right in the middle of Soho, so what do you expect? The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and you find what you want and it's surrounded by all these other treats you didn't even know you needed.

Have been looking for the present for my friend s daughter and found the best deal. However, the box came damaged. I have contacted them and they resolved this issue effectively. I definitely recommend this company and looking forward to buy more. So nice to see how they care for you.

This place is great for professional artists or any artist in general. It has everything someone could need.

The staff are friendly and comfortable to visit, but there are not so many different types of craters. Windsor & Newton is inexpensive and the price is not as low as that of Korea.

I little gem hidden away in Covent Garden what ever you need for artistic journey I think you will find it there spread across two floors it seemed to be very well stocked and reasonably priced, I don't remember seeing a lift to the first floor so it may not be totally disabled friendly :("
