Great customer service and knowledgeable staff mostly all department.
Huge selection of Perfumes, nail polish, cosmetics tools, etc. Claire and Amber are always great in giving beauty advice. They have almost all what you ve looking for beauty and skin care products with different options of brands that suits the price range you ve looking for. :) I love every products I bought.

Perfect for purchasing souvenir coins, stamps, mailing products and services. Money gram and money order, online prepaid products, prep apt mailing products, good select of stamps and prepaid post card etc.

I needed to upgrade my laptop memory 1 year ago But every day my laptop crashed after upgrade, today when I opened my laptop back cover, so many screws wasn't there and thermal paste and pad which is for radiating heat were ruined plz never go ther plzplzplz

As advertised. Great for picking up snacks for work.

Near the City Center and Granville stations. A large drugstore in a corner lot.
1F is food and cosmetics, B1 is electrical appliances.
You can also buy local SIM cards at B1 electronics stores.
On the first floor are Canadian maple syrups, cookies, chocolates, and other souvenirs to Japan. Sweets and coffee and tea are also available. Check out the occasional sale items as they are considerably more affordable than supermarkets.
Shampoos are also sold in daily necessities at the back of 1F. Some were cheaper than other drugstores.
The cash register has a self-checkout machine to ease congestion. The cashiers were kind.
It is a shop that I took care of many times during my stay!

Great for a quick stop. The staff is helpful and generally know where everything is. If you're looking for outdoors or swim gear, definitely go here (apparently downtowners don't buy that stuff).

Very poor customer service. I entered in the store for printing my documents, I used my documents however they suggested me use their wi-fi. Bz They didn t get my mail As I was using my data. Such a poor staff. Totally frustrated

This review is specifically for the cosmetics department. I had a pleasant experience with trying to find a good pressed/loose powder. The cosmetician (don't remember her name, it was a Korean girl) gave me recommendations, and was extremely knowledgeable with cosmetics. Even though I didn't purchase the expensive one she recommended, she was extremely helpful, polite, and positive. I feel like she went beyond what was expected for someone working in a chain store.

The management runs this place like every customer is on crime watch. I'd move to the states for better customer service.

Typical LD location - generally good service and higher quality products and prices.

Waited in line to get our car insured mid day on a Monday. After 45 minutes when the agent (Louma) was finally done taking her sweet ass time finishing up with the customer she completly ignored my husband and went on go help somebody who wasn't even in the designated line. Louma obviously has no respect of other people's time and lacks basic customer service skills. Colleen on the other hand was very helpful and apologetic.

London insurance staff is very friendly and manager rajeev is very knowledgeable. I need the advice for japanese transfer , he did explained me everything very diligently.

The do sell transit passes in the lower level , and Canada post is there too

This store has to upgrade their system, you can't have 2 departments in one section, customer service and ecomm combine, it's a disaster! Imagine lotto,tobacco products,returns and online order pickup into one what a joke.

They moved, so when I went it looked a bit hectic....what I wanted according to the store inventory was 'in stock' but sadly was nowhere to be found. Sales rep was super helpful, and ordered it in though.

There are quite a few products such as various necessities, computer peripherals, and electronic products.

You can find anything you need there. The location is easy to find and near the Granville Skytrain Station. Unfortunately long waiting queue..

I grabbed a hard drive from the computer staff at LD. Very helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable, thank you very much.

If you hit the right person at this store s computer department it can be reminiscent of the helpful London Drugs that I recall growing up in North Vancouver - I would get so much free help and advice from them over the years. When I came into money - out of gratitude I made a point of buying there - but in recent years I have had bad issues with my local store in Vancouver. By great contrast the Granville and Georgia store can be like a return to those helpful times and this has been very greatly appreciated!

Great brands for nothing!! Great low cost make up options like nyx, maybelline, loreal and revlon for 2, 3, 5 dollars. Get a lot o chocolate in special deals like 3 lindt ou godiva bars for 6 dollars. Hard not to spend money there. It sells everything! From unbrellas to phone chargers.

They're in the middle of renovations. It's very disordered, hard to find things and stuff everywhere. Staff is very helpful amongst the chaos.

People u can change how u look. So deal with it when u taking passport photo.

The best camera store in town. Excellent service received from Reza at camera department. I had done lots of research in order to buy my camera and already checked with few other stores and still couldn't make my mind. While Reza was helping 2 other people at the same time, he patiently addressed my concerns and helped me a lot to finalize my decision to purchase my camera at London Drugs. I think he is the most knowledgeable and professional salesperson I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this store.

It's in a busy area and easy to get to close to sky trains and other shops

It's best to use this store as a convenience store. Lots of variety in the products they sell.

It's in downtown area. When I finished shopping at the Bay, it's convenient to stop by London Drug and get some other things I need for my home.

when i and my husband went to buy a camera (t6s) and have a budget.
Reza gave us advice in this field and helped us save money but purse a better lens that we just spend about $250 but have a Canon EF-S 55-250mm. A good gift in Xmas.

It a big department store. You could find anything anytime e.g. drinks, food, appliances, electronics, home stuffs, personal stuffs, clothes, cards, etc. Excellent downtown location.

Great staff, huge store with two levels with tons of stock

This location is also a travel clinic if you need your shots and stuff before travelling.

The store has little choice but people and price are very good. I found some very good deals on food and people were very friendly.

Called the pharmacy looking for replacement tubes for a specific breast pump. After being on hold for a while I had a useless conversation with someone who said they carried it but had no idea when it would be back in stock and were not able to check. Sounded like she had more important things to do than talk to a customer.

After asking if they were able to check the other stores (I've called and gone to multiple stores looking for these already) for stock she said she would get someone to check and then hung up on me. Good job.

Compare to the fellow at Shoppers Drug Mart who immediately offered to take down my name and number so they could call when they got the items in. Simple yet effective way to manage a stocking issue.

FYI managed to find what I needed on Amazon for half the price so it ended up working well.

Staff have always been good when i have a question. Always busy here.

This drugstore sells everything and has a wide variety of products

Do not waste your time buying extended warranties, I tried to return a broken printer and they have every reason in the world to not help you with your service problem. A two year extended warranty that is worthless. It s a money grab all the way. I will never buy there electronics again. Costco all the way. Best return policies ever.

People here are not very knowledgeable and will not at all go the extra mile for you. If you can avoid coming here at all costs you will save your time and yourself a headache or two.

Waited a long time for checkout, but other things are quite good.

This location watches their customers like a hawk. Specific staff members here have a very stuffy, uptight corporate vibe and this location does not feel as comfortable and relaxed to shop in compared to other locations. Not loving my experiences there lately and will not be giving this location my business anymore. Shoppers Drug Mart is just a hop and skip away and I always have a much more enjoyable shopping experience - that certainly includes not always feeling like I'm being watched if I so much as pick up a bottle of shampoo to read the ingredients.

It's true, Patrick is the best. He was clear and efficient - listened and understood what I needed. I got excellent speedy service here when I needed to make a change to my storage insurance and purchase a day permit.

Small and always busy! Hardly any room when walking in.

Didn't know they had insurance broker at London drugs so I was surprised at finding out they did. Because their hours of operations are longer than most insurance places. Convenient.

These people don't know how to answer the phone. Also their phone options has Pharmacy and Customer Service, no option for Post Office. I called and selected customer service and it must have rang 20 times with no answers, nor any indication that I was on hold, or anything. I finally call back and select pharmacy to ask them to transfer me and they pick up and say "please hold the phone I be right with you" and she hangs up on me instead.

- Don't know how to use hold
- No Option for Post Office
- No Option for Electronics

Understaffed pharmacy; waiting hours to drop off a prescription is considered a rite of passage for Vancouver residents. You're not really a Vancouverite until you've exhausted all the battery on your phone waiting here.

The best drugstore in downtown. Nice prices and location.

The first floor and basement are shops. On the first floor there are appliances and everyday miscellaneous goods such as food items and cosmetics in the basement.

Very competitive pricing. They always have pretty good sales. The newly revamped cosmetics section is bright and we'll organized. They have a very good selection of the Real Techniques brushes here, which I love. Definitely love coming here to kill time!

The guy at the Photo Lab was very impatient and rude and he doesn't know his job well enough. It's ridiculous. The girl at the photo lab was friendly and helpful.

This review goes for the photo lab :) They were very friendly for printing my photos, as they were a gift for my boyfriend. All superb employees but this man very high respects, kind and effective. Super recommended, the first time take some passport-sized regular photos and also a very good experience. And this second time is super good thanks :)

Best London Drugs location. Has a ton of stuff! fast, friendly and efficient service. The location is great to meet up with friends at because it's right by the Canada-line and the Skytrain.

I wrote a prior review and since then the store has improved. What I wish about this store is that they would be a little more friendly towards multicultural families. I spoke another language in their store and they treated me like I was in the movie Terminal. I m a Canadian who speaks multiple languages and I was teaching my daughter. When people speak a new language in your store they are not bad people. I speak several languages. If I speak another language I probably don t want any help, but I also don t want discrimination. I go to the Robson and the Gastown locations who offer better service. Maybe learn some soft skills at your store.

A very convenient place to buy your essentials. They have promos all the time too.

Seriously horrible photo service. ( I wanted to give 0 stars)
I always have to reprint even though I left notes of requests for my order. They always make mistakes and I need to revisit and what they say is just 'sorry' that's all. They don't even feel sorry to ask me to come back next day as I need my order for clients. Seriously pissing me off all the time.. Today I picked up my order and they printed in a wrong paper and said they didn't have a paper what I requested. Shouldn't they have to call me or notify me before I was there to pick up my order? Also they didn't put the backing card that my print was bent and curved with all finger prints of the technician or whoever did that. I never wrote a review of any stores in my life so far but after experiencing over two years of their photo printing service and repeating the same mistakes over and over again and seeing them didn't even feel sorry about their mistakes from all the London drugs store in Downtown, I had to write this even though they won't change their service and behavior because that's how they do. Horrible! They won't. Whenever I complain, they looked at me what's the problem, we said sorry.. whatever.. Do you want a refund? These are all they say. Refund and their job is done.
So Bad that I have to use their service because the quality for price is better than other places. I feel stuck. I have to be patient with their never ending mistakes, horrible service. Only until I save enough money to buy my own printer.

There are also electronic items in the basement. Price is more premium than others.

It is a good shop to buy as a souvenir because various sweets are sold and cheap.
