40 minutes waiting for NOTHING. Awful service. Never again @ Granville branch.
40 minutes waiting for NOTHING. Awful service. Never again @ Granville branch.
Very good location. Has a variety of products. Staff are quick.
This is a great place to shop. The prices are competitive and the service is friendly and respectful. They sell a wide range of items, including kitchen goods, computers, audio devices and photography equipment. I buy most of my computer equipment here. Good value and good quality products.
Not the most well-stocked London Drugs but still very handy if you work/live downtown. I wish it opened little earlier than 8:00 am too. There is always a short line-up outside when I walk by at 7;45 am.
It at a major transit hub in Vancouver, BC a one stop if ya need something on your way home or going to work\school..
We went to here to pick up some shampoo and were very satisfied! Their isles are very well organized and it's easy to find things here!
The employees are helpful. They have separate isles for food, make up, mittens etc. Because of this navigating through this place is super easy.
They have the option of self check out and hence there is rarely any waiting in line. If you're in need of daily essentials, this place is great!
I was happy to see that you were renovating your make-up section. I like that you both have high-end and on-the-wall brands. But.... there were no mirrors anywhere! Not on the counters, not on the walls, nowhere! Really?.... Really? You are selling all these make-up, and you don't provide mirrors? What good are the testers then? We can't even hold the product against our face to check colours.
Being in one of the busiest locations downtown, the large 2 floor store is persistently refilling stock as fast as items can move off the shelf. Because of the amount of foot traffic, shelves can at times be seemingly messy. For a tight-packed and well organized store, they appear to have as much stock as the other larger locations. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Am disappointed at the service - or lack thereof - by the travel clinic. First, you are to make an appointment online - not in person and not on the phone. How short-sighted can you be? How are seniors (or others without basic computer skills or a basic computer) supposed to do that? And, secondly, when the system doesn't work, it's because there's not appointments to be had. But no one knows for how long; you're told to check back every few days. LD Extras? I think not.
What a rude sales associate girl they have in makeup department. I m soo embarrassed, I asked her simple thing where are face spray and she responded so rude and start talking to other girl same time and making fun of me.. such a unpleasant experience. I will never go their. I asked her again something which I can t find she didn t even bother. What kind of employee they hire. Looking pretty makes them knowledgeable, seriously. Horrible customer service. I can t find a manager to report her.
DO NOT BOTHER PAYING FOR XPRESSPOST 2 day service, I m on day 7 now of what the cashier said is a 2 day service, and canadapost.ca just says pending , item rerouted due to processing error.
It would have been faster if I drove to Edmonton from Vancouver 12 hours 1 way, than to be stuck in limbo with this useless service.
I have no choice now, my $75 letter is in transit .
Think twice before paying for xpresspost.
London Drugs - all locations - have really outstanding photo departments! A true gem for art and photography students looking to make enlarged prints of their works. Insanely affordable for the quality of the reprographics they offer. London Drugs also has an amazing recycling program and sells just about every product imaginable!
It's always pretty busy but normally the line ups don't take too long.
Good pharmacy staff, clean for the location it is in, good selection
There are plenty of drugs, hygien and cosmetics as well as personal items and foods... I usually shop multivitamines and hygiens from LD
Great staff too bad half their customers are immature young boys looking to cause a ruckus.
The store was closed but the manager Jeff still took my letter to drop in the mail. Not only that, he covered the price of the stamps. What a nice suprise!
If you want to buy souvenirs from the trip, here is recommended
I have all the sweets
You can also buy daily necessities and don't feel too expensive
Anything you could need is there. A necesessary stop for travelers and locals
The plaza in front of the store is a place often used to meet international students. The location is very easy to understand geographically, the visibility is good and people can be easily found. Is it still such a place?
Great service here, and very good coffee/tea section, secretly the best place to buy candy as well. The computer section sucks, they don't even carry Chromebooks, just overpriced Windows and Mac crap.
Nice place for quick shopping as well as medicine also
Blows Rexall and shoppers out of the water. Well stocked and considering how busy very clean.
I wanted a bag (and was willing to pay for one) to carry the things that I bought at London Drugs. But cashier said no membership means no bag. Beyond ridiculous they wont let customers buy bags to carry things they buy from their store.
A lot of choice for cosmetics and snacks. Lovely staff!
As far as London Drugs stores go, this one is a relatively cramped one but being in core downtown makes up for it. There's usually a long line for the cashier or self service on the ground floor, protip: use the registers on the lower floor, they're almost always empty! You can go up once done or visit stores in Vancouver center which you exit into on the lower floor.
Shopping here from the past 15 years, best chocolates haha
Best sale prices for drugstore cosmetics compared to Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall and Walmart and there's always at least one brand on sale.
I feel like I can actually shop locally. Right next to the station.
Staff have always been very friendly at this location.
There is also a basement so it is a large store.
Above all, it is famous as a meeting place for locals! What time is Robson's Londra (London Drag) before! Is a popular meeting method.
Upstairs: food, cosmetics, pharmacy. Downstairs: tech, household stuff, Canada Post
Clean despite all the traffic they get. The self-checkout and cashier line ups are a mess though.
Can't blame them for being super busy as it's at a super busy intersection! But it can get pretty cramped with customers.
Every time I've had to pick up something from the photolab here, there's been a problem. Usually it was having to wait an incredible amount of time for someone to help me!
Other than that, it is a normal London Drugs!
Electronics dept review. A couple of weeks ago I talked to someone on the phone and told him my situation of my camera I bought from them. This was a camera I bought based on the sale's associates advice and due to travelling I wasn't able to come in and exchange. The camera didn't have the functionality the sales associate said it had. They said as long as I had the box and all packaging they would be able to do something for me but not give me a refund which I was ok with. I came in with the camera and they refused to help me in any way. I was looking to exchange a $250 item for a $900 item and still they said they could not do anything. This is the reason why physical stores are losing customers and sales and people are shopping online more now. When there is no flexibility or good service, it's more convenient to shop online. You would think they'd make an exception to make a better sale vs. lose a long time loyal customer. If you're someone like me and you're not savvy about a certain type of electronic and you shop here, you may end up getting stuck with an item that was based on the wrong advice. There should be flexibility on electronic items.
This is the store I bought my iPad at with all the bell s and whistles, even bought the pencil here too.
And this ain t no lie ; They know their stuff, period.
Good prices, good variety, polite employees, they sell almost everything, I loved it.
Very busy during Christmas season but lots of selection on every. Has self check too which makes it faster if u have few items
Very big store you can find all of your home supplements such as electronics, computers camera food medications kitchen supplements or everything you need for your home, some days as a special discounts if you was lucky it can make your day near to public transit system such as bus or sky trains cheers!
It feels like a home center. There are various products, so it might be fun just to look around.
Nice large London Drugs. Excellent selection of products from toiletries through to electronics.
Super rude cashier downstairs by the appliances. Yes it s a busy store because it s downtown but that doesn t call for being extremely rude for no reason? As convenient as this location is for me to get household items because I work downtown, I d rather travel out of my way to a different store and thank goodness they have self check out lanes!
We have an office nearby so this store has everything we generally need when we're in a pinch (everything from snack foods to electronics). The post office staff are very friendly as well. Frequent sales and discounted items.
Protip: If you're in a rush head downstairs; the cashier lines always seem to be longer upstairs than downstairs, and the self-service checkouts downstairs are always empty.
London Drugs at a convenient location downtown with all the departments. One of their flagship stores.
Me and my girlfriend bought a printer but faced some issues when we got home. Later we returned and the assistant tech manager was fast and efficient with a very friendly attitude and helped us get hold of the missing part in more or less the same day. I was in and out of the store in under 10 min.
I was at Photo lab today getting two mugs for mothers day. I brought in 6 photographs that needed a scan. I approached at self service tried to figure and couldn't find scanner, thats when I asked Amandeep for assistance, surprisingly she came out and helped me with every tiny bit from scanning, cropping selecting mugs. She was amazing with her customer service. I thanked her lot and apparently she mentioned its her last day and I was last customer to be helped. Thank you Amandeep for your assistance and good luck with your future career
Good location, next to Vancouver City centre station. Shopping for grocery items~ There are self checkout machines, but I'm not sure how to use it.
