worst london drugs ever worst photo department. I start to hate london drugs seriously please go to Robson branch and learn who to make customer happy

Went in to get auto insurance and got the I m relatively new and don t know how to do this... can you go to another place

Today I dropped my wallet here.... I cant thank LD staff enough - Stanley @ electronics, customer service and Ann for finding it.... and all trying to help find my work tag, which I found.... There are no words.. thank you for helping me and to that mystery person who left it

I went there to take my photos, the whole process was so confusing and the helpers has no idea what they are talking.

Great for things you need quickly as well as a great selection of items.

London drugs is an interesting place to buy a variety of things from food to electronic stuffs. But this one doesn't offer a lot of food selection...

Lack of staff at pharmacy makes it terribly slow. Waiting times will be between 45 minutes to more than a hour. The rest is fine, I usually pay on the self checkout to avoid lines and I usually find all I need.

This is where we came when we first moved to BC for our car insurance. The only employee working at the place where you get car insurance asked us to check out another location because he wasn't comfortable with policies yet. He was working 5-9pm on his own. The bar was set for customer service in Vancouver.

One of the best superstore to buy any type of thing

It doesn't have what I was looking for and is always crowed and has long lines

Crazy good for on the go shopping. Make sure to check the lower floor, there is everything there from electronics to kitchenware.

Always crowded but the cashiers on the lower floor are not, huge tip is to checkout there instead.

This particular location had a variety of things. I would not have guessed it carried Kevitta (it does). The downside is that the line to the cash wrap was astronomical, so I left before having finished shopping.

Dave in the computer department was so so helpful! He was super patient with my lack of computer knowledge and took the extra time to help me upgrade my computer system.

Just had one of those awesome store experiences that are so rare these days most places. The manager is amazing and made what could have beeb a complicated return/exchange into a dream 5 minute experience. It was the great electronics department manager that was working at 1:30pm on May 24th/18

The pharmacy is a mass and stuffs are not helpful at all. I waited in the line for nearly 20 mins... and ask them for some N95 masks, and he told me to go to a tire shop....

You find what you are looking for in a general way, clean and comfortable facilities.

As name implies this is a drug store pharmacy but has so much more like camera, electronics, food, candy, cleaning, cosmetics and more

Lots of things here. Since there is no Walmart / quality foods / superstore in downtown Vancouver, this location fills the void, but with a decent markup.

There are often sketchy people outside this corner at night since it is located at the top of Granville.

I often mix this up with shoppers drug mart (enough that I accidentally put London drugs photos here by accident, but Google maps unfortunately makes this hard to change)

2-level store with great options for cleaning and pet supplies and beauty products. Access to Vancouver City Center station on the lower level.

Extremely bad. I don't usually review but I had to wait for so long that they made me review them. Had to wait for 20 minutes before they took a shot. And then for another 30 minutes for the print.

Most staff are nice and accommodating, but some staff there are "simply put" not meant to work in public areas. Prices are typical for London Drugs, higher priced. Lastly there Lotto tickets are way way behind. It takes them over a month to put out new scratch and win tickets. So if you want to play the latest scratch and win tickets don't go there. The store is clean and is fully stocked.

First class Service here by Claire in the Beauty section. She probably made me try all the men s perfume and helped me buy the one, which suited me the best. She was very patient, calm and knowledgeable. Will visit her again for sure. Thanks Claire.

I went there to take a photo for document. And Rebecca S was helping me and she was very cold and rude to me to ask what size of photo I want and stuff like that. No smile not good attitude. I don t care if you are having a bad day. It s your job right? Smile at least.

Busy, but pretty big location. Has post office, insurance, and pharmacy inside.

As this London Drugs is steps away from my job, I am usually in there daily picking things up for home or the office and usually have no problems. I do want to say, the Pharmacy at this location is the worst! The line ups just to drop of your prescription are on average about 3-4 people in line and it will take anywhere from 20-40 mins just to talk to someone. I came by at 10am, 3 people in the line up (there are 3 booths to serve you but that makes no difference if one person is handling that counter). Came back at 1pm, 4 people in line, waited for over 20 mins, no acknowledgment or even even eye contact. Went back at 2:30pm, 4 people in line, one pharmacy assistant handling the desk still. I finally called in to refill my prescription and was told that it would take approx. 3 hours to fill it and then was told that no, sorry we don't have your pills in stock. The pharmacist then told me that they will order it and it might come in tomorrow but I should call first as can't guarantee it. This is the last time I will use their pharmacy as this is not the first time this has happened. I do want to say the Allan that works behind the counter is very nice and so is the very petite cashier that works there.

This store is extremely busy, but it all runs smoothly. The makeup department is incredible. Staff is friendly.

Not the best location as it s crammed into a tight two-level area. It s still great to have a store in the downtown core. Poor selection of food items, but lots of beauty products and kitchen stuff. Good enough for quick shopping visits.
Lower floor is connected to underground corridors leading to both Expo and Canada lines.

The staff at the Canada Post and photo centre of this location have always been very kind to me. Customer service is iffy. There is a great sushi place downstairs near the Timmies, though!

Love this place. Loads of variety of items, open late, always bustling.

A very busy and tiny London Drugs. It was well organized though.

Location is good, departments were arranged peefectly.

If you hit the right person at this store s computer department it can be reminiscent of the helpful London Drugs that I recall growing up in North Vancouver - I would get so much free help and advice from them over the years. When I came into money - out of gratitude I made a point of buying there - but in recent years I have had bad issues with my local store in Vancouver. By great contrast the Granville and Georgia store can be like a return to those helpful times and this has been very greatly appreciated!

I great place to get groceries and medication. They also sell translink cards to assist with daily commute.

This store does lack of variety but it does the job. What I like about their floor staff and Pharmacy staff is that they know where everything is. I could not locate a vitamin and they were more than happy to look for you and if it is not on the floor, they will look at their database and the back. This is what I call hardworking staff members that go above and beyond.

great place to find anything you want, rather pricey sometimes

Big store with lots of stuffs but I hate the queue when going to make payment as it looks scary. But the queue is quite fast. Usually I would make my payment at the basement as seems lesser crowd.

Unreliable Pharmacy - I called in a prescription which ran out of refills and followed up to see if it was filled. LD has a service where they contact the doctor for a refill. It was apparently a busy day so I was on hold for a while but finally I spoke with the pharmacist. I was told that the doctor never got back to them and that the medication is not available. I then made the comment that I only had a few pills left so that was unfortunate. He then said that he would check again and then came back to say that the medication was actually ready for pickup. It was obvious to me that he never checked in the first place.

I have not had issues in the past but after today, I will be seeking a more reliable pharmacy.

Staff were nice but they are not knowledgeable or professional. I had my autoplan renewed here, and I needed to update my legal name as it was changed, I had all the paperwork. But they still had the wrong name on my new policy paper. Both of them seem unsure of what they were doing, and one of them was "training" another. When I asked them questions about insurance related questions, they kept beating around the bush and didn't seem to know much. They were super slow, it took me an hour to get it done (but yet my name was still incorrect on my policy paper), I used London Drugs insurance twice, never again! They need to hire professionally trained broker for this, not just one of their staff who passed the test and got the certificate. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time here.

It is always busy. Good location, good products, good service. Very convenient.

This location is a pass-through between Skytrain lines and connects several underground passages - so it's always really busy.

I occasionally stop by for a drink or snack. Their sale prices are very good.

Big store, they sell almost everything... food, makeup, eletronics, toys, books, things for house etc some sales are good, like for chocolates, candys and makeup. House stuffs are expensive.

Lack of service, been in a few times and couldn t find any staff to help, I guess this is why more people head to amazon.

I don t like the way how your associates showing disinterest, alots of ego, bad attitude, i felt like they don t want to help . At cosmetic department . Teach them about customer service.

Like the way the store aisles are arranged. Easy to find what you're looking for.

The right shop at the right place. Granville street is a place that hosts events, fests, shops, malls, transportation services. And to me this London drugs branch represents my "lets grab some snacks and water for our ride"..or for the event that we attend to. It is like the rest house that makes all your wishes come true.

I really like this London Drugs. It feels a tad disjointed and somewhat unorganized in places but it still has everything you would expect and hope to find. It is in the heart of Vancouver s very busy city centre and they have plenty of efficient staff members working at the cash registers. It s kind of a landmark in the city centre and often times people will be singing and entertaining right out front. A lot of food trucks are close by as well. I enjoy my shopping visits each and every time I go.

Great customer service received from Nick at the appliances department, he went the extra mile with my freezer purchase!

This review is for a pharmacy service. It's just terrible! I waited for an hour instead of 20 minutes that they had promised. Moreover, they simply forgot to put one of the item in the bag. I was pissed when I couldn't find it at home. Awful experience. I'll never visit this pharmacy again. However, I like the store. I'd give it 3.5 stars. Wide choice of products, a lot of room, great location, convinient self check-out. Prices could be better.

Pay closer attention when shopping. They have product and pricing not matching. When at the cashier they try to blame you and create a situation. Really bad. This repellent is labeled there as 4,99 in the shelf, at the cashier 9,48

Decent deals. This location is normally a bit busier. Great for camera equipment.

Extremely disappointed with London Drugs photo ordering website terminology - I thought I was ordering cards with a printed photo as per my order confirmation but when picking them up they were standard photo prints. A card should at least have a blank backing or an open face in which you would write a message. Instead I was given typical printed photos with London Drugs watermarks on the background. How these are cards is unbeknownst to me. The individuals at this location gave me my refund after I forfeited the photos. They were professional. Walking out of the venue I was still very disappointed as now I am at a loss of the cards I was going to give to my family for Christmas. Please be clear with your product.

I enjoy shopping at London Drugs for the wide variety of things they carry. - this is one of the bigger stores with an upstairs and a downstairs. There are often great items on sale.

This place has everything you could possibly need and the prices are good. They have lots of food/snack specials if you need something to keep you going while you shop Granville Street.

Ordered a custom-made mug online and they had it done and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. Super-fast service and friendly staff =)

I renewed my driving license at this place for several times. It was Nora M helped me today. She is so nice and so patient with me, she explained the premium rate policy to me, answered my 1000 questions (just kidding) and gave me very helpful advices. She is one of the best car insurance specialist I had ever met here. I am giving her a 5 of 5 score here. :)
