Customer service is greatly lacking. We spend thousands of dollars a month and get a rep who has no clue about anything. Basically just dead air over the phone. Quite disappointing.

I was in for a delivery and was received right away with no issues. Was given a door and got offloaded within an hour. The yard is a bit tight due to so many trailers parked across from the docks, overall with some good maneuvers you should be able to make it no problem. Warehouse staff is not friendly but got the job done quick! which to me is all that matters. Jeff the security in the other hand was all cool and nice. Besides the tight maneuvering space my experience was ok and don t mind coming back.
Only complaint was that the forklift operator left a lot of large wood debris from the pallets.

Sent me to the wrong dock a little difficult to dock but then sent me to another dock easy to dock there about an hour and some to unload. Nice workers

Make sure they put your full load on the truck before you pull away from the dock, told us we were done pulled away from the dock to the shippers door which is at the end of the building to get my papers guy came running from other side of building to tell me they forgot to put 3 pallets on my truck.
Better be in for some trick driving!

I made a large order with lollicup and did not receive the products I paid for. After 3 emails to customer service explaining that their record shows they shipped the correct quantity of items but I did NOT receive what they re claiming to have sent I was given no response aside from this matter has been closed . That s a direct quote. No refund, no product replacement, absolutely nothing. They will take your money and give you ZERO options to help make the situation right. As a small business owner they should be ashamed to treat people like this!!!!

We have ordered a number of masks during the beginning of the pandemic. I am sure like others. We have open the next in line. One batch the masks are to small and the elastic have just broke on the others the elastic starts cutting behind your ear. The other batch we started the masks are to big and there are gaps on the sides and the elastic is so big that the sides are completely open. These are completely unacceptable.

I have been trying to get I touch with your company by phone and no one answers. Great customer service. As I look on your reviews you already know you do not address negative reviews. If I could I would not even leave you one star.

Terrible customer service. I have emailed multiple times over the past 2 months they never have responded. They charged my card and never shipped the order. Called multiple times to try to resolve but they don't respond to voicemails or calls. Had purchased from them 6 times in the last 6 months. No more buying from them. I guess they have 3 stars for a reason.

I currently received my order and only received 1 item. I looked on the website and it shows it s all shipped but there is two shipments. There is no tracking number for the second shipment and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to see what will be done about the order I have not received. I called on the phone and no one answer at all hours of the day from the time they are open. I have sent multiple emails and still no response. This will be the last time I ever order from here. The lack of customer service will send customers running the other way... I need someone to either refund my money or ship my products.

Horrible customer service! I have sent multiple emails to the help desk with no replies. They will not answer their phone, and when I left multiple messages over a few days no one returned my call. We have been ordering thousands of cups a month from this company, but I see we need to find another supplier that halfway cares about customers! I will recommend all my acquaintances that run Boba Shops to stay away from Lollicup!
