I made a large order with lollicup and did not receive the products I paid for. After 3 emails to customer service explaining that their record shows they shipped the correct quantity of items but I did NOT receive what they re claiming to have sent I was given no response aside from this matter has been closed . That s a direct quote. No refund, no product replacement, absolutely nothing. They will take your money and give you ZERO options to help make the situation right. As a small business owner they should be ashamed to treat people like this!!!!
