I currently received my order and only received 1 ...

I currently received my order and only received 1 item. I looked on the website and it shows it s all shipped but there is two shipments. There is no tracking number for the second shipment and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to see what will be done about the order I have not received. I called on the phone and no one answer at all hours of the day from the time they are open. I have sent multiple emails and still no response. This will be the last time I ever order from here. The lack of customer service will send customers running the other way... I need someone to either refund my money or ship my products.
