I ve used LogoNation s product since 2013 and have always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the professionalism of my sales rep. I have recommended this company to numerous other business owners and will continue to do so.
Awful. The sales lady showed up unannounced and when I wasn't able to take the time to sit down and go over things with her or take her call immediately, she went ahead and cancelled our shirt spot and kept our down payment from the year before. I was told I would be getting a refund (after arguing with her for a while), but she never honored her final agreement to give us back our down payment since she gave away our reserved spot on the shirt. We worked with them for a few years and had a wonderful sales rep prior to working with this new one and I have great things to say about our old rep, but the company is now awful and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them.
Do not purchase from Logo Nation. I gave a full payment deposit in January 2016 one year ago for township t-shirts . I was promised delivery by December 2016 and never recieved the shirts, a call or a vist from the sales person to follow up on the order. I have called three time in December 2016 and promised a full credit. It has been over a month since my calls and over a year since I gave a deposit and nothing has happened. I am still waiting on Logo Nation. I did buy shirts in 2015 with no issues, what happened to Logo Nations Service?
My business has used LogoNation this past year to create our t-shirts. The rep in my area is always nice and helps with helpful ideas when it comes to advertising.
I've been using logonation for a few years now and I've never had a problem. We use these shirts as promotional items and our customers love them!
This company was fine until I paid up front for the next year and got a new sales rep. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE.I finally called Discover, and told them I needed to dispute the charge! Ridiculous. Do not pay until you get delivery! Or, don't even bother, go have your own made. You can't see your business logo on the back of tees anyways
If you are interested in promotional products delivered when promised, professional service, and deposits not stolen this is definitely not the place for you! Unfortunately when we tried several times to get our deposit back was blown off and then told don't know where it is and not getting it back. WOW!!!
I am very disappointed in this company. I would not do business with them, they are dishonest. The sales rep told me that deposits on future orders could be used for merchandise if the tshirt orders did not get complete (ie. not enough companies signed up in the community). Now with COVID they aren't doing a tshirt for my town and they will only let me apply my money toward another tshirt in a future year instead of using for merchandise like the sales rep told me. When I disputed with them, all they did was try to give me a better "deal" on the next tshirt order. I just wanted to order some pens and giveaways and be done...but they won't allow it. Stay away from them and don't give them deposits.
