Awful. The sales lady showed up unannounced and when I wasn't able to take the time to sit down and go over things with her or take her call immediately, she went ahead and cancelled our shirt spot and kept our down payment from the year before. I was told I would be getting a refund (after arguing with her for a while), but she never honored her final agreement to give us back our down payment since she gave away our reserved spot on the shirt. We worked with them for a few years and had a wonderful sales rep prior to working with this new one and I have great things to say about our old rep, but the company is now awful and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them.
