The finishes on their homes are impressive! We fell in love with one of the homes my wife and I saw. We are definitely considering putting in an offer...
Loftech has been terrible to deal with regarding warranty items. Make sure when you close everything is fixed otherwise you ll be waiting indefinitely. Do not take their word for it, do not have them list the items out and address it later. Do not close until the items are remedied to your satisfaction.. Over the course of a year since purchasing my home, I ve dealt with four different individuals in the warranty area - lots of turnover. Be prepared to send multiple emails or make multiple phone calls before anyone takes action. Then it gets to a point where they just ignore you completely.
Buying a home is a significant investment. Please reconsider buying from these folks. It is not worth it - the homes look aesthetically pleasing but the craftsmanship is not up to par. The customer service just downright stinks. I have shared my feedback with my realtor and her office. Please message me if I can help or share more details of my ordeal with Loftech.
We purchased our house in September 2019. Loftech has promised to keep up with any problem arising in the house during the one year warranty. However, they have not responded to our warranty claims since past May. We've been having water intrusion issue which seems to be aggravated every time there is heavy rain. We've sent numerous emails and also submitted claims through the new smart sheet, but no response so far. I would assume the water intrusion is an emergency issue and will cost them more to fix all the damages accumulated, but still no response. We are truly disappointed in their workmanship.
Considering these reviews I ve been very apprehensive, but they are working hard to get our items fixed prior to close and have verbally been working to close 9 days early! I ll update later based on experience but right now they ve been getting everything covered to our satisfaction.
I purchased a Loftech home a year ago and things were fine initially, but they have become increasingly slow to handle warranty claims during COVID. While I completely understand safety concerns, it seems ridiculous to put off all warranty repairs indefinitely without any expected timeline for completion. Additionally, their website is down and they aren't answering the phones. I'm starting to think they are in deep financial trouble and I would avoid buying a home from them at all costs.
The builder has a unique vision. The homes are trendy. Wished they built closer to Katy.
The company is unprofessional and unresponsive to warranty claims. I have been attempting to get their attention on water intrusion issues for more than a year.
Buyer beware!
I have sent numerous requests for warranty and they have been non responsive. I m not sure they even have a warranty department. I will continue to email until someone responds. Overall the homes are great looking. Craftsmanship is ok, quality is ok, design is nice
Service is terrible, warranty is terrible terrible at this point I m considering fixing the items myself and filing a complaint in small claims court. It s just gotten to that point.
The homes are made cheap with poor construction. Seems most if not all of 5 Star reviews are fake or paid for by owners . If you're buying from this company make sure you get the homes inspected really well and the company complete all repairs before closing.
