I lost my keys and these guys came right away and worked 8 + hours to program a new key and went to the dealership several times to ensure they had the correct new key. They didn't leave until the new key was working perfectly. Definitely recommended!

These guys were amazing!!! My key fob for my car completely died and I ordered a new fob online. I called Lock and Roll and they scheduled me right away and even met me where I work which was so convenient! They programmed my new fob and cut the new key for me in like 10 minutes! Everyone kept telling me (other locksmiths) that because of the year/make of my car that my new fob would have to be done by the dealership....which mean't a high programming fee plus a 2 hour window at the dealership to get it done. No thank you! Lock and Roll got it done no problem and they were awesome! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know :) Thanks guys!

We have used Lock and Roll twice now once for rekeying our business doors they were fast on time and reasonably priced. I also just used them to make copies of our RV keys inside their shop the employee was extremely helpful very quick And the prices are very reasonable. a couple of days ago i was stuck in a sticky situation and i needed my locks changed, i called almost every single place and they were all over priced and their arrival time was going to be extremely inconvenient for me, but then i came across lock and roll locksmith and a person named Aly picked up the phone, he was very understanding of my situation and he gave me a discount of almost $15 per lock which was insane !! And when he let me know they can arrive in 30 minutes that was even better !! The technician knew what he was doing and he came and finished it quickly !! One of my Ram Truck's keys got corrupted and would not start the engine, nor did it operate the door locks. The personnel at Lock and Roll were able to reprogram the key flawlessly. While I was there, I purchased an extra key just in case. The customer service was so good that I thought it was going to be too expensive, however, their prices were more than excellent as well.
I had used this company in the past for my job, they were always quick and efficient. This weekend someone stole my purse which had all my keys in it. I called Abdul and he sent someone out right away to change the locks on my house. The safety of my family was my main concern. As the dust settled I realized that I had cancelled my credit cards and bank cards and they were going to be mailed to me and I didn't have the mailbox key. I called Abdul and he knew I had to work until 5 the shop usually closes at 5, he promised he would have someone come out. This guy is so great he came out himself to make sure it was taken care of. Had an appointment to have a key made at 430 at 430 I RECIEVE a phone call asking about who am I? I ask the gentleman if he was calling in regards to our appointment and he says no he hasn't spoken to me. He says no so I ask if he is willing to give me a quote although I know he is the one I have scheduled the appointment with. The line disconnects I call back and ask him if he is willing to give me a quote and the line disconnects again he tried to cover up for missing the appointment and lied repeatedly. I will be calling another day when he the person answering the phones on Oct 11th 2020 isn't working.
Editing in order to respond to your reply. There was no misunderstanding. I had an appointment scheduled and was repeatedly hung up on. I tried calling back in order to speak to a manager but my phone number was being rejected upon the first ring. When I called from another phone I was told that you do not do auto keys even though it shows here on google and a sign out front of your store that you do. The customer service was rude and unacceptable.
Edit 2: Turns out I was speaking to the "owner" Abdul today 10/12/2020 I called again to speak to the manager about my issue yesterday. About 15 minutes later I receive a call from Abdul and I explain the situation and I explain that I don't want to leave a bad review and I would like to resolve the situation. He proceeds to tell me that I can go to hell and that I am a piece of S***, he owns a million dollar company with 200 good reviews. He proceeds to trash talk me until I finally get upset and raise my voice which he then hangs up.
