Had an appointment to have a key made at 430 at 430 I RECIEVE a phone call asking about who am I? I ask the gentleman if he was calling in regards to our appointment and he says no he hasn't spoken to me. He says no so I ask if he is willing to give me a quote although I know he is the one I have scheduled the appointment with. The line disconnects I call back and ask him if he is willing to give me a quote and the line disconnects again he tried to cover up for missing the appointment and lied repeatedly. I will be calling another day when he the person answering the phones on Oct 11th 2020 isn't working.

Editing in order to respond to your reply. There was no misunderstanding. I had an appointment scheduled and was repeatedly hung up on. I tried calling back in order to speak to a manager but my phone number was being rejected upon the first ring. When I called from another phone I was told that you do not do auto keys even though it shows here on google and a sign out front of your store that you do. The customer service was rude and unacceptable.

Edit 2: Turns out I was speaking to the "owner" Abdul today 10/12/2020 I called again to speak to the manager about my issue yesterday. About 15 minutes later I receive a call from Abdul and I explain the situation and I explain that I don't want to leave a bad review and I would like to resolve the situation. He proceeds to tell me that I can go to hell and that I am a piece of S***, he owns a million dollar company with 200 good reviews. He proceeds to trash talk me until I finally get upset and raise my voice which he then hangs up.
