Fast and effective service. Takes the pain out of finding a short list for an agent.
Local agent finder is quite useful for me to find a good & reliable property manager in the area. It will also help you to do comparison for each of the real estate. It makes it easier for me to decide which agent to use.
The ad shows you being able to scroll through local agents and see their fees and selling history.
However the reality is you give over all your contact details, you can then scroll through agents in your area, but you cant see any of their fees or sales history unless you click a button, which sends all those details to the agent. Then the agents just start calling you. Its a pointless service as you could just call the agents yourself.
Not so free as they take around 20% of the agent's fee that you pay. You would be better to negotiate directly with a few agent's, then go on a nice overseas holiday with the money you don't pay these guys.
Much quicker to contact agents yourself. Not helpful at all. Useless site.
I have used this service twice now. Found my best agent through this service. Free service yet detailed agent details to help you select the best agent you want for your most valuable investment. It gives a good listing of local agents and their fees and other services so selection is made very convenient and much faster. I found my best agent thru this in my 18 years of property investment. We used to just use the agent who sold the property to manage it but this service gave me my choices. I selected my agent based on what met my needs.
This is not an agent finder, this is a leads database. They will call you to "complete the registration" and then rudely end the call unprofessionally when you tell them you're no longer interested or refuse to provide them your private information.
Terrible experience. Asks you for your property s address and your personal details on the basis of checking you're the owner. Then asks if you want phone calls from agents...I said no. I just wanted to compare fees as the website states its purpose as being. I did not find out any fees, let alone compare them. To find out fees you had to agree to giving that agent your details, as I didn't want to share this I closed the site. Within a minute I had a call from one if the agents. This is a brach of privacy and false advertising....report this site!
Disappointed I have to answer that many questions on the website just to find an agent. Is that not why I am seeking an agent. I gave up after 9 questions ... I'll just use the yellow pages.

This company is absolutely awful! They do not have the owners best interest at heart and choose agents who are purely registered with them and not the best in area. They do not care about you or your property, just their own pocket. If you are thinking about selling, do your own research and choose an agent who has results in your area.

Not a helpful company. Don't even bother. Just call the real estate agent and ask about fees, marketing ect. A cheaper agent will cost you more in the long run regardless. Do it once, do it well.

He was very professional, informative and he talked me through the next steps. The following day I was contacted by 3 agents. Excellent promptness, excellent service.

I found this service to be very helpful. They asked what my likes and dislikes were, and only the agents they recommended contacted me. I was very happy with the agent I chose. I found the questions they asked me to be relevant and helpful. They also provided me with resources to help me ask questions of the agents so I chose one that suited me.

But I will rate this app 5 out of for being a waste of time more like a scam
i used them to compare commission rates with an agent I had already engaged. That agent got an email from local agent finder saying I had selected them and that agent told me they would have to pay them a fee because I had done that.
It took 3 emails and 1 phone call to get a response from local agent finder. They told me their relationship was with the agent and not me and they they would not respond to my request for them to confirm that because I had prior contact with the agent there would be no fee.
Very happy with the prompt results and they suggested agents I wouldn t have chosen. Would definitely recommend.
