i called this company for carrier setup,they hold me for 30 minutes,no body answer. waiting and waiting ,than i disconnect my phone.this is my first time, i have bad experience .i don't know how they working with carriers.
This company is the worst. Held my truck hostage for 5 days. No one seems to know what is going on. Refuse to pay detention payment after going to delivery location. No delivery appointment was confirm with the receiver. Horrible customer service. Stay away from these folks.
Worst Logistic and customer service ever! They confirmed us and approved us the load and when the driver arrived to the pickup location they said that it's not ready or nobody had made an appointment. Waste of time and money..
