I recently moved to Sioux Falls from Mississippi and was looking for a place to call home. I had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Companies during my search. I rented a property at Donegal Pointe. Jodi Price is the manager and Dave Rowe is the assistant manager. I can not say enough good things about them. They should receive 10 stars. They made an extremely difficult transition in my life so much easier with their kindness and willingness to do whatever they could to help me. I felt like part if the Lloyd family. I will forever be grateful to them and the team at Lloyd Companies.

They have a very easy process for filling out applications. They have also been very helpful with everything about the lease and all our question.

About seven years ago we decided to sell our house and simplify our lives. That s when Phillips Lofts became our home. It s a very nice place to live and we are grateful for the team of people who keep things looking good and running smoothly. Laura is my go-to-person when I have an issue with our living space. She is friendly, listens closely, and responds calmly and efficiently. I appreciate the fact Laura is onsite, she knows us, and she knows how to get things done!

Relocation to a new state and mostly a new city is not easy! Donya the property manager at willows edge has made this transition to Sioux Falls very easy! From day one she has been so much help! Always has an ear to listen to suggestions and quick to respond when an issue arises! We are glad to call willows edge are home! Over all the company has well priced homes, quick service, and mostly importantly there staff is always willing to help!! Thank you Lloyd company for this amazing experience! Shout out to donya for being absolutely amazing!!

Erica has been such a blessing in my roommate and I s experience renting in Sioux Falls. She has worked with our schedule, showed us different places to see what suits us best, and been very helpful for us. She does an amazing job, and she has represented Lloyd Company in the best way.

Absolutely ridiculous move out fees. Multiple attempts to schedule a walk through were made and were never confirmed by the property manager. 2 months after moving out and contacting the property manager about the deposit she apologized and said she had already rented out the apartment and will send out the check. No post move out walk through completed. A month later receiving the check and they charged almost $400 for paint and cleaning. The only holes put in walls were to hang a tv and thumb tacks to hang maybe 5 pictures in the whole place. It seems like they charge regardless of if you have cleaned the apartment. Be careful if you think you re going to get your deposit back.

I have lived at Killarney Crossing for 4 years and it is my Home. Everything here fits me perfectly. Kylie in the office is so helpful with anything that might come up, Doug our maintance man is ,""johnie on the spot" and always very efficient with any service that needs to be done. For me i have hardly had any maintance issues but a couple that were addressed in a very timely manner. Our outdoor space is always well maintained and clean. We have beautiful lawns and trees and patios with flowers and plants. I live on the Courtyard side and truly enjoy the families using the playground and pool areas. And always a dog or two out for a walk. If you are looking for a new home, Killarney is your answer.

Erica Sunde was a great experience. She was very nice and persistent on helping me get the property. Had all the right answers for me and knew what to say with a smile on her face the whole time

Horrible place to live! My girlfriend and I live at the Meadows at Graystone. I would never recommend anyone to move here. Stay away especially if someone lives above you! All day and night they stomp around! No respect! Even had a new tenant move next door over the weekend and they already are playing loud music! The parking is a absolute joke here! Permit only??? Absolutely not enforced because I continually come home to random vehicles Parked here overnight and leaves me nowhere to park. Very poorly built apartments! Cops here all the time and have had random people at night ask me for cigarettes and rides!
