Lakeview and I had a bad experience,
I put 4 hrs on a job, they wanted me to place a 20 inch square hole in a fire door,
For ventilation, SO I refused, there was another way to vent the room,
So it was a waist of my time dealing with this knuckle head,
And if I was to do it over, I'd make the same CALL
Not a good company shoty work and unpleasant to work with if your think bout working with them don't thier not worth your time .have a good day folks
I was contacted for a Superintendent position. I left my current job to work for Lake view. I was promised a nice salary and a promise to stay busy. After the Christmas holiday I was continually told by Jerry Huckabee that I would be put back out and to sit tight. The office sent out letters for unemployment with the same promise to get us back out as soon as possible. When March came around I had already reached out to Jerry several times and was told it would be soon. Lake view never sent me back out nor did they contact me to say they wouldn t send me out again. After 3 months of the run around I was saddened that they couldn t just be honest and tell me in January to start Looking for a job. My advise to anyone who is filled with a promise for a career there is keep looking for better. Any company that can t be up front and can put families on hold isn t worth going to work for. I learned the hard way. I have since moved on and enjoy a very promising career with another company. Lake view did what they needed to get out of a bind. They lied about keeping me busy and needing me. DO NOT TAKE A JOB WITH THEM.

As a subcontractor with Lakeview since 2007, I have coMpleted many jobs for them, and they have Always paid their bills. Various pm has come and gone, but they have always been fair to work for
This company invited me to bid on a project. Then declined my proposal. Only to call me in a pinch and ask me to do roof work 24 hours before a storm. So I comply with their last minute wishes and do the work. They gave me zero requests as far as paperwork and insurance goes due to the dire timing. Work was completed the next day as promised. Without issues etc.
We are fast approaching the 60 day mark and I still have not been paid. Continued red tape and extra homework is given to me every time I ask about getting paid. They keep saying I m non compliant. However no legal documents were given to me before the job was started. I bailed them out when they were in a pinch and they thank me not paying me. And hiding behind corporate jargon. Completely unprofessional and somewhat trying to bully the smaller company.
