The staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to assist in obtaining a product they don't have in stock!!!

Got 2 chargers here both broke in 3 days. Asked for an earphone recommendation got recommended terrible quality earphones which broke in 3 weeks. Not impressed

Exceptional service from the young gentleman that works there. My problem was a faulty drive and I needed the right screwdriver to open up the drive and see if the read/write heads were stuck on the platter. As they were quiet he offered to quickly have a look for free but on my risk which I accepted. As customers came in he ensured they were served first, correctly so, but he really expressed a level of customer service I have not seen for many, many months. My problem was not resolved as the drive seems to have crossed the rainbow bridge (my fault, not his) but he gained a loyal customer in me for future IT needs. Would I recommend them? Hell yeah. An exceptionally positive experience all round.

Staff is friendly, helpful & professional. Prices are reasonable.

Purchased a USB car charger for R350, online and the same was R145.
