Ribs are nasty and over cooked. It reminds me of jerky. It tastes like they boil them then dry them in an oven. So, rib jerky with old sauce slathered on it. BBQ is dry and full of NO flavor. BBQ sauce weak. Why does this place sell this garbage in memphis? Save your money. Find another place. I wish I could give a 1/4 star rating.
We ordered ribs to carry out. When we picked them up and got home they were so tough it was difficult to pull the bones apart. They were way too tough to be enjoyed. When we called to complain they said to put them in the oven another 10 minutes. After doing this they were still too tough and chewy. We were led to believe that we were too demanding and that they had received no other complaints. I will NEVER go there again and don't recommend anyone else go there either. There are too many good BBQ restaurants in Memphis to put up with poor food and service.

I was staying in Bartlett, wanted BBQ, someone suggested this place for a quick fix. I was terribly disappointed. The lady at the counter wasn't friendly at all, not good customer service. I ordered a huge BBQ sandwich. I coudn't eat it, because the sauce was awful. Waste of money, because I threw the sandwich away.
The Onion rings were A+, the bbq sandwich was subpar with too many hard crunchy pieces of bbq. As a previous poster mentioned, I also saw roaches. This play needs to be closed. I'm not sure what the deal is with all the stacks of newspaper sitting around. Not a clean place.
Good BBQ and the fries were straight out of the grease hot. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside just the way I like them.

It's nothing fancy, but they have the best wet ribs in Memphis. They are Saint Louis ribs and are falling off the bone. The bread is also really good too.
Lunch 4/15. The food was good but as we ate a bunch of roaches started scurrying on the wall next to our table. Major gross out. CANNOT RECOMMEND. This place needs to be closed & cleaned.
Excellent friendly personal service. Nice hot fresh cooked food. Delicious potato salad and Cole slaw.
