I registered with Lancasters at the beginning of my property hunting journey when I decided to move over to the Isle of Wight in Sept 2020. Lexi Hollis became my main contact and, despite not actually ending up renting from them due to how dynamic the property market was at the time (and having to come over from the mainland for viewings), I have nothing but praise for my experience with the company and in particular Lexi. She has been transparent, knowledgeable, helpful and supportive throughout my property search process even though I never actually became a client. I would not hesitate to approach them in the future, whether for renting or purchasing. I like this company's ethos, transparency and willingness to go beyond the call of duty. They really care about people, even if not actual clients. They have that special touch. 5 Stars all the way!
